Hi mga sis! 5 mos preggy here. Nag search lang ako ng good reviews sa bottles at halos lahat ng brands naman ay may Ok depende sa baby pala talaga. So nag decide nalang kami na bumili ng Pigeon PPSU wideneck Soft Touch Nipple bottles at yung same bottle na kasama sa breast pump set ng Pigeon since yun din ang brand ng pump na nabili namen. Nag add kami ng Soft Touch nipples na size SS kasi mas Ok daw yun for babies para lalagay nalang namen sa storage bottles. Hopefully magustuhan ni baby!

Sis Jessevaldez, may nakita ako online na PPSU bottles sa Lazada. Di ko sure kung mas mura dun kesa sa malls.

gamit namin kay baby pigeon peristaltic crosscut teats yung yung pinakagusto niya. crosscut para once magsuck siya dun lang may lalabas na milk.

meron din kami avent natural, avent classic, playtex and tommee tippee. dinededehan naman niya pero mas gusto niya nipple ni pigeon. pansin ko lang yung avent classic matigas, yung playtex, avent natural and tommee tippee sobrang lambot naman.

Hi mga sis! Ask ko lang anong ibang brand ng teats na compatible with Avent Natural and Avent Classic? naghahanap kasi ako cheaper alternative... I've read before yung Pigeon teats compatible sa Avent Natural, tama ba? pasensya na wala na masyado time mag-backread. tia!

Mga sis, just make sure you don't buy so many bottles kasi at the end of the day, it's your baby that will choose their bottle. I bought 6 tommee tippee bottles pero nasayang lang kasi ayaw niya talaga. Bumili din ako isang NUK and one pigeon peristaltic wide neck, ayun sa pigeon siya hindi nag-iiiyak. kaya bumili pa ako 5 nun.

Also, kung plan niyo mag breastfeeding all the way, kahit yung 5oz na bottles okay na. Yung malaki kasi ang binili ko eh usually 3-4oz at a time lang baby ko kung dumede.

Just checked sa Landmark, ang mahal pala ng Pigeon SS teat, p300 for 1pc I thought cheaper alternative sya, mas mura pa rin pala Avent Classic teats...

Ask ko lang pala mga sis... how do you know na ayaw ni baby o hindi hiyang si baby sa bote? my daughter kasi is 2months old, been using Avent Natural bottles on her. I have 2 4oz and 2 9oz, all newborn teats. May times na walang tapon especially pag gutom na gutom sya, minsan nagdri-drip yung milk sa side ng bibig nya. Either di maganda latch nya sa Avent Natural nipple or nalulunod pa din sya sa newborn flow. Pag may tapon, does it mean agad hindi sya hiyang sa bote? Dapat ba as in walang tapon? Should I try other brands? sensya na FTM. tia!

For me, hindi hiyang = ayaw dumede / di nauubos. In your case, dumedede naman sya sa bottle so mukhang hiyang naman. As to tapon, my baby is already 15 months pero puro slow flow teats pa din gamit nya. Perhaps medyo napapalakas lang suck nya kaya me mga lumalabas sa sides.

@bagaholic_chewy salamat sis sa reply! Parang may nabasa kasi ako dito before nagpalit sya ng bote/teat dahil maraming tapon yung baby nya. Akala ko tuloy may lapse sa part ko for not letting my baby try other brands of bottles. Thanks

^It could be that the flow is too fast for your baby. Does your baby choke on the flow of the milk? If not, a little spillage is normal.

@khriseeee thanks sis! Ngayon onti na lang tapon nya compared to before, siguro nagamay na nya yung bote. Ngayon nagkakatapon lang pag paubos na yung milk at medyo busog na sya. Hindi naman sya nagchochoke except na lang pag hinuhugot sa bibig nya yung bote ng mabilisan. thanks sis

Hi mga sis.

Question naman ako. I am about to have my third baby. I was using Avent for my first two (yung classic line), kaso pinamigay ko na. But I have an Avent Electric Breast Pump which I bought last 2010. I need to buy a new set of bottles, pero aside pala sa classic, meron narin ngayon yung natural line. Ang question ko is, ano ba ang mas OK? And kung mas ok yung natural line, compatible kaya yun dun sa Avent breast pump ko? Thanks in advance.

^ same size naman yung Classic and Natural, sa pagkakaalala ko. So it should work with your pump.

I have both types. Yung classic ko though is medyo hassle kasi kelangan meron nung ring sa loob. Otherwise, magli-leak. Yung natural, no need for ring. Medyo naba-bulky-han lang ako sa tsupon ring ng natural kasi mas malapad at makapal. Pero both are ok naman sa akin.

I didn't like the Medela bottles we got... the transparent lids were loose so lagi natatapon yung milk. But when we bought new Medela bottles, yellow lids nya and these are okay.

We have Avent bottles but baby got used to the Medela teats so that's what we used til we weaned her off the bottle

Next time, I'll look for a teat with a super slow flow. Medela's wasn't...

but definitely getting Yoomi bottles for night feeds. I disliked the long trek from the bedroom to the kitchen kasi in the middle of the night to get the milk out of the fridge and warm them up. Ending, gising na gising ako and hindi nakakatulog before baby's next feeding (usually 2-3 hrs later).

With Yoomi, it'll self warm in 60 seconds. Wala ng tayuan. Makatulog sana ako kahit papano

How much ang Dr. Browns sa mall ngayon? Always pigeon kasi binibili ko sa first kids ko. Now that I'll have a new baby try ko naman avent. Bumili lang ako sa Sm ng 4 oz, nasa P800 plus lang 2 bottles, eto yung natural. Parang gusto ko ding try ang Dr. Browns since sabi sa feedback dito less colic for the baby. Mas pricey ba yun? I wasnt able to check.

Mura by a few hundreds yung feeding bottles nila Bought a few Avent Naturals since wala pa si naman si baby. Let's just hope magustuhan niya, otherwise, I'll try Dr. Brown's or Tommee Tippee.

nasa sayo yan sis if kaya ng breast mo exclusive breast feeding..

ako kasi before yan yung plan ko, gusto ko exclusive BF lang.. nung dumating kami sa house ni baby from the hospital di kami bumili ng milk kasi balak ko nga BF lang talaga..

pero grabe na yung hapdi ng breast ko ang takaw ni baby.. imagine 3 hrs  straight siya dumede.. pagtinatanggal ko umiiyak gusto niya nakasubo lang.. pulang pula na nipple ko nun.. CS pa ko nun kaya awang awa si hubby sakin.. nagdecide siya na bumili na ng milk para makapag rest ako.
