^hi sis, playtex nurser with drop ins ang gamit ko for my eldest. Dto sya nahiyang and very convenient din as far as I'm concerned. Yes, I use the drop ins too with my medela freestyle pump but u have to buy the pumping kit from playtex. It comes with an adapter na. I don't use it though to store milk sa freezer. I use it only when I intend to give the expressed milk within a day or two..

^ thanks, sis! May adapter pa pala sya for breastpumps. Got a lot of other feeding bottles from my baby shower. Lahat sila marketed as non-colic. I hope they work...

i am planning to use playtex drop ins kasi may long travel kami. how often do you wash yung nipple? i only have one bottle lang kasi nung drop ins

^ good idea na pag lalabas gamitin yun Playtex with Drop Ins liners. Honestly, i wasn't going to prioritize the use of it kasi I find the liners aksaya. Since you gave me the idea, mas convenient nga naman to not wash feeding bottles when outside. I'll buy a box of refills na habang sale. Also plan to wash the nipples after every feeding.

Yes, wash playtex teats after every feeding. Note also that per instruction, u only need to place washed teats in hot water (no need to use sterilizer).  Since almost every hotel has electric kettle, super convenient talaga siya when traveling.

My baby has AVENT bottled both yung Natural and Classic pero ayaw nya yung Classic parang ang bagal nya uminom pero kapag yung classic naman ang bilis nya makaubos ng bottle.  Sayang lang yung bottles ko

Madami na yan sis. Usually ang newborn they feed 10-12 times in a day, if your planning to breastfeed pa eh madami na yan bottles mo.

For me very useful ang breastpump. Depende sayo sis yan if you prefer to direct latch all the time. Are you a working or stay at home mom? If your working kailan mo talaga yan. Im a stay at home mom but baby now sleeps 9 hours through the night without feedings so i wake up a bit earlier than he does to pump out 9 hours worth of milk. And whenever we go out, pumped milk ang pinapainom ko as i prefer giving a bottle kasi hassle mag direct latch sa malls etc.

I bought 9 bottles hindi ko nagagamit siya lahat. I use 3-4 bottles in rotation lang since most of the time we direct feed. Pag hindi na siya breastfed yan magagamit ko na bottles ko (tommee tippee). I wanna try the playtex dropins for travelling.

Based on what Ive read here.. most mommies prefer Avent over any other brand. Just curious, Ive read several complaints na nagleleak daw ang Avent? Planning to buy Avent Natural or Born Free. Anybody here using Born Free? Parang gusto ko ring nung Tommee Tippee kaso di ba cya mahirap i-clean? Considering the shape of the bottle?

^hindi nagleleak yung mga natural (new versions) Avent bottles sis. Sa lumang version yun kasi may extra ring pa na kailangan ilagay, yung iba yata nakakalimutan hehe.

For tommee tippee, hindi din sya mahirap linisin. Cute pa ng shape ng bottle. Kaso madali matanggal yung nipple nya sa ring, manipis lang kasi yung white ring nya. Pero di ko pa naman naexperience na matanggal ni baby yung nipple. Pansin ko lang sya pag naglilinis ako ng bottles.

^Thanks for the input sis! I might go with Avent Natural na nga lang. Might think about tommee tippee. I like the shape and the design, a bit wary lang ako sa linisan portion. Mahirap kasi kung minsan if si yaya ang maglinis, baka di malinis nang maayos.

I was given bottles from The First Years and Playtex. I didn't but anymore na. Have a total of 9 bottles including the one with Drop Ins from Playtex. We'll see how it goes when my LO pop out.

buti all the bottles i bought avent natural. a little expensive siya sa classic pero it has better reviews.

Daisy duck, i have tommee tippee too and very easy to clean because they are short bottles. I use a sponge instead of a brush kasi breastmilk is oily and mas natatangal siya with a sponge. Meron akong tommee tippee bottles na may paraphernalia ala dr browns, ayan medyo hassle because ang daming parts. But the bottle itself is easy to clean.:

^Thanks for the feedback sis! yung teat kasi nung Avent Natural and Tommee Tippe kinda look the same. Parang similar to a mother's teats which I like kasi Im really planning on breastfeeding my bebe. Sa panganay ko, mixed feeding kami kasi di naman imposed noon ang magbreastfeed sa hospital unlike ngayon na bawal I think magdala nang feeding bottles/formula sa hospitals.

I still have my eldest's playtex dropins that I may use kasi bihira niyang gamitin noon. Ill just buy liners and new teat.

bought 6 avent naturals bottle (3x pack of 2) sa lazada.com.ph nakasale sya.... 550 na lang yung pack of 2 may less 150 pa kapag umabot ka 900... free delivery pa kaso 1k plus na yung 2 sets e...

sa mga experienced moms... do you follow yung recommended teats ng avent... theres for newborn, 1 moth plus, 3 months plus and 6months up.

1 month na kasi si baby ngayong pagbili ko ng bottles e pang newborn pa rin yung kasama... though sa ngayon ok naman feeding nya sa teat na pang newborn....

not sure lang if after few days kung bibili na din ako ng new teats?

I bought avent newborn starter kit then nag-add pa ako ng another 2 9oz bottle, ok na ba yun mga sis? I'm planning to breastfeed din and most of the time stay at home lang ako. I wanted to buy tommee tippee sana kaya lang na-engganyo ako sa booth ng avent sa fair pinagkakaguluhan kasi so feeling ko mas ok yun hehe.

I am using the Avent Natural for my LO and so far no leak issues. Very happy and satisfied. We use this every time were out using my breast milk.
