@ sis katniss hindi naman super budget sis.. siguro mga sakto lang. pero hindi naman sobrang bongga na dun kami maghohotel sa pinakamahal. siguro budget sa hotel mga 5k-6k pinakamataas na ang 7k a night sa hotel. ano sa tingin mo sis ang budget na dadalhin na pocket money? thanks again

^^ Yes, Myeongdong is your best bet. I've never stayed there before, but I remember seeing hotels right in the middle of the shopping complex (Savoy, Skypark, etc.)

Lotte World is cutesy pa rin. Only went there to take photos though. And eat amusement park food. Can't comment on Everland because di ko pa napupuntahan.

We might go to Seoul in a couple of weeks to watch Jersey Boys and maybe Phantom again. We booked a guesthouse in Hongdae because it's my favorite part of Seoul. Nakakamiss din pala ang South Korea.

^ Hongdae is like their university belt. It's the artsy, youthful side of Seoul. Maraming coffee shops, clubs, cheap eats/24 hr Korean BBQ, bargain shops, etc. I feel young again pag andon ako, surrounded with college kids and budding artists. Haha. Backpackers usually stay din sa Hongdae because maraming guesthouses in the area.

The catch is this - Hongdae is far from tourist spots.

Got my visa third time ko na pero single entry pa rin. Oh well, time to do our itinerary for April

^ Parang nabasa ko dati na automatic na multiple if you've been there at least once. Hindi pa rin pala. But, single entry is still better than no visa.

Mga Sis, Plan namin ni hubby pumunta ng korea this april. Yung personal bank certificate na ipapasa kelangan 2? Joint account kasi kmi ni hubby. thank you

^ if I recall correctly, nasa application form yata yung travel history (past 5yrs?). They won't need your old passport. In my case, I also provided them a photocopy of my previous Schengen visas, current (at that time) na Japan visa, and valid US visa.

^ yup, OECD countries yun. For non-OECD countries na travel history ko, yung stamps na lang sa current passport. Yung mga stamps sa lumang passport, di ko na binigay. For ITR, I believe you can use 2012 ITR if wala pa ang 2013. Basta yung available na current ITR.

hi... just got my visa today just want to share na possible naman maapprove visa even if you're currently unemployed. Nilagay ko din sa application form ko na ako magfifinance sa trip ko to SK. btw, this will be my 2nd time na sa SK.

I just resigned kasi sa work ko sa SG and Im back in Manila na.. i just submitted the ff documents: application form, bank Cert, photocopy of passport, photocopy of previous OECD visa, orig passport, my ITR in SG, condo title under my name.

Luckily kahit wala ako OEC or ITR dito sa Philippines naapprove pa din

I-photocopy mo lang yung visa. Then bring the old passport just in case they want to see the original visa. In our case, I brought our old passports na me OECD visas, tiningnan lang nung girl sa window, then binalik sa akin yung old passport namin ni hubby. Current passports na lang ang iniwan sa kanila.

^ walang dresscode. Ok lang ikaw magsubmit ng application ni hubby or kung sino pang kasama mo. Actually kahit hindi kasama sa byahe pwede magsubmit ng application ng ibang tao basta complete dalang requirements. As for COE, usually me annual salary, position and tenure na nakalagay, no need to list down the benefits.

hi... got my visa last week but was diappointed kasi single entry lang binigay. i have a US visa with a 10 yr multiple entry & 3yr multiple din sa japan... anyway, it is still good than being denied 😄
sabit lang din naman ako ke hubs, my business trip kasi sya dun. we will be leaving this friday, back sunday feb23..  anybody here living in korea? any chances of snow around that time? we will be staying at ritz carlton in gangnam area. my mga malapit kaya dun na shopping centers na i could just walk? kasi i have to entertain myself while hubs is having conference... tia for any reply 😊
