i will be bringing stroller too sa flight namin sa november. eto ang nabasa ko sa website ng cebupac :

General

Baby strollers (if traveling with an infant), wheelchairs and crutches (for personal use) are carried free of charge.

Parang conflict naman sa naging actual experience ng mga sis natin na sinasama sa weight ng check-in.

sis winkypops, all baggage for check in ay may bayad. add on charge sya. ang starting niya is 15 kilos is P 400 per way....

Yes Sis. Minimum baggage is 15kg Php180/way domestic (rate from their website). Pag nag-exceed sa 15kg magbabayad ka ng additional.. May option ka naman na hindi i-avail ang check-in baggage, handcarry ka na lang.. 'Yun nga lang ang stroller, confirm mo. Kasi baka magbayad ka sa airport. Kami kasi madami kami kaya 'yung stroller kasama na sa check-in baggage namin.

Yes Sis, pwede naman. Pero may limit din ang handcarry, 7kg yata. Bawal ang mga spray, liquid, flammable items sa handcarry.. Pero pag baby bag, pwede naman handcarry yung bottles nya with water and medicines.

Hi sis, last month nag bakasyon kami ni hubby and ng baby ko sa Panay Island. Yung stroller ng baby ko hindi sinama sa check in baggage namin. Actually lampas nga sa 15kgs yung baggage namin ni hubby at nagbayad pa kami ng extra. Pero yung stroller kasi dinala namin sya up to sa boarding area ng NAIA and sinabi lang samin ng mga crew na i-fold lang yung stroller so pag akyat namin ng plane eh sila na bahala mag stash ng stroller. Ganun din nung pauwi kami, dala dala ni hubby yung stroller ni baby up to mag onboard kami sa Iloilo airport. Nag exceed nga ulit kami ng extra baggage pero di na kami pinagbayad kasi siguro wala masyado passengers nung umuwi kami.

Girls I have a question regarding handcarry luggage sa Cebu Pacific and hope somebody could answer. I have a Samsonite Cosmolite with measurements of 55x40x20 and it's allowed for cabin luggage in all European and US airline. I've checked Cebu Pacific's website and it says they only allow 56x36x23 for Airbus flights and 56x35x20 for ATR flights. My question is, are they really strict in measuring the luggage? It's 4 inches wider kasi than allowed so that's worrying us. Baka kasi we're at the airport na tapos biglang sabihin hindi pwede yung luggage namin for handcarry then that it will be a hassle. Nagtataka lang din kami why it won't be allowed when it's specifically made as a cabin luggage. Anybody who carried the same luggage or say same measurements but still allowed to get in? Thanks in advance sa sasagot.

^weight lang sila usually mahigpit sis.  Pag wala kang checked in luggage, i-weigh talaga nila yang handcarry mo. Should not exceed 7kgs lang.  Pero wala naman silanv pansukat mismo dun sa check in counter ng dimension ng bag.

Suggest ko din since handcarry lang yan, mag web check in ka na lang

nagkakaroon ba ng sale for Holy Week period ang international flights? torn if magbook na ako ngayon for next year Holy Week o magintay pa. my sis in law was able to book promo seats kasi nung umalis sila 2013 Holy week. pero parang malabo as madami siguradong mag out of town during those days.

Pag nag pa cancel ba nang flight sa cebu pac tapos i opted to place it in a travel fund ano ba ang ibig sabihin nila nang should be use within 90 days? Does it mean that i have to travel within 90 days or does it only mean that i have to book within 90 days?

^ sis kelangan within 90 days gamitin mo na yung travel fund or else it will be forfeited.

It happened to me last year kasi pregnant ako at may supposed trip kami ni hubby sa SG. Unfortunately we won't be able to use it so I called up Cebu Pac. I have two options whether to use the tickets in the form of travel fund or directly cancelled my payment via CC. I chose cancellation of payment nalang kasi there's no way I can use the travel fund dahil kakapanganak ko lang nun.

Nung pinacancel mo sis via may naibalik pa bang portion nang binayad mo o wala na?

^ yung sakin kasi special case. Buntis kasi ako by the time and date of my travel and malapit dun yung due date ko. I got refunded and binalik sakin ng buo. Pero do take note pag ni-refund lang na not supported with medical case, alam ko part lang ng airfare mo yung rrefunded.
