Hi Sis I'm planning to have so many DIYs kung kakayanin like yung ilalagay sa table centerpiece and mga photo corner :) kanino sha dapat i turnover? kase yung caterer namen ay may tie up na stylist, basic style lang pero hndi ako mag uupgrade kase ako nalang mag aadd ng mga decorations.

Sis, do you have a coordinator? If you do, then sa kanila mo dapat i-turnover yun OTD of your wedding.

So kinancel na lang namin.700 pesos for flowrs.

Dinner and breakfast sa hotel during the wedding preps :) Ito ang naging major stress namin during our preps and is ito sa mga dapat nagawan ng paraan.

If you're going to have veil shots, better have a long veil.

I saw entourage under the veil parang pinagaagawan nila yung tela para maachieve yung peg pero di maganda kinalabasan.

Instruct din the Photographers to take a photo of the reception habang wala pamg tao.. habang di pa nagagalaw ang cocktails at dessert table or candy buffets..

A small but very important detail for me would be the misalette since it does have the flow of the ceremony. It doesn't have to be ordered from a supplier. You can print it out yourself ;D

-sharpie marker instead of ball point pen for the guest book~that is usually glossy; kung puede, i-ribbon sya sa guestbook

-have the emcee announce the official wedding hashtag (para madali mo ma-view kahit matagal na nakalipas)

hi B2Bs, here are the things that I did for the last minute before the wedding. I bought two boxes and I labeled them "Ceremony" and "Reception"

For the Ceremony box, put everything that will be used during the ceremony. Cord, Candle and lightstick, Veil, Bible, Arrhae, Ringbox, Misallette, Perfume, hanger, headpiece, safety and first-aid kit. So may list din ako dun na binox at binigay sa photographer. It's the list of items na gusto ko picture'an nila specifically, like personalized hanger, personalized winebox, shoes ni hubby since these are all customized and may monogram kaming nakaengrave.

For the Reception, silver pen for the wedding guest notes, PS souvenirs, etc. May list din ako kung ano specific items and moments ang gusto ko na tutukan ng photographer.

Don't forget to introduce your immediate families and important persons sa photo/video team para madami silang kuha. :) Hand-over your personal vow to the MOH/Best Man.

With regards the settlement ng balances OTD of the wedding, inassign ko yung MOH to handle it. I gave her the sealed envelope labeled with Supplier's name and remaining balance. And of course, give her ballpen and receiving copy na isasign ni supplier.

Goodluck mga sis! Be keen to details para maging perfect and wala kayong mamiss-out.

Pens! hehe, I attended a DIY wedding, nakalimutan yata ang pens. Walang pens for the contract signing, nasolusyunan naman. Madaming nahiraman. Tapos pinaasikaso siguro na bumili for the reception since needed sa registration and guestbook. Kaso yung nabili eh ink pens, so yung mga sumulat sa guestbook, kumakalat. Ang dumi tuloy nung guestbook nila. :(
