^try mo skinPRO. Ive tried their LHR for lower legs, they use soprano laser. Im happy with the result, i saw vast improvement just after 1 session kasi manipis [textspeak!] regrowth. After my 2nd session mabagal na [textspeak!] regrowth and super nipis na. 3rd session mas bagal na.  I stopped LHR last year  bec im taking accutane, but hair growth on my legs  have definitely slowed.  For reference, im balbon since childhood.

Anyone here tried laser hair removal under Dra. Martires? I just called her clinic and 5k daw for lower legs and 4+2 package is 20k. Not bad na kasi i read the first page (is it updated?) na 9k sa iba yung lower legs. She uses light sheer diode by lumenis which i prefer since this was also the machine that Clarity used on me and super effective. Okay ba siya gumawa, hindi ng mamadali?

Actually i went to her before pero for subcision and warts removal and not for laser hair removal.

For the past 3 years tatlong clinic palang natatry ko.

1. Hairless SM Manila / SM Sta.Mesa (IPL for UA)
under 1 category na lang sila since same lang din naman yung mga nurse na nagtreat saken. Nakailang balik balik ako dito sinunod ko naman din ng todo yung kung kelan balik mga dapat at di dapat gawin. Yes mura and affordable for just 600 nalaser na both UA ko. Walang saket parang mini pitik. Maganda magtrabaho yung mga nurse. Aahitan ka ng dahan dahan, lalagyan ng gel then laser then cream after. Down side lang saken dito kahit nakakailang balik na ko laging may part na hindi nadadaanan ng laser. imagine kalbo na halos ng Ua ko except for some parts na matindi pa kapit ng hair or yung iba makapal pa kahit ilang beses ko iindicate na may part or side na meron pa ring hair or makapal pa rin kahit nakakailang sesh na ko. More than 20+ na sesh na ko dito on and off pero never ako nasatisfied.

2. Eslendre at Greenhills (IPL for UA)
- For me sa IPL experience dito ko pinaka nasatisfied. 10sesh binili ko dito under ensogo. pero 6 sesh pala wala nang tumubo na hair saken. tas ang puti puti ng ua ko. ewan ko kung OA lang ako pero dito talaga kung makapag taas ako ng ua wagas haha same lang sila sa hairless, ahit, lagay ng gel laser then cream. pero worth it experience ko dito. reason for not going back? nagpalit ng management and yung mga personnel na pumalit sobrang pushy sa pagbenta ng kung ano ano.

3. shinagawa lasiks and aesthetics (Laser Yag for UA)
- bought 3 sesh. everything is OK. 1st sesh ko pa lang naglugas na balahibo ko sa UA. imagine makapal na yung strand ng hair ko sa ua nyan ha. masaket yung laser as in parang pitik na masaket and nangangamoy sunod na buhok pero ok lang and tolerable naman yung pain. reason for not going back? pricey. maybe pag may promo na ulit

Wow sis sa sobrang daming sessions mo ng ipl sana ng diode ka na lang. Was about to ask nga if anyone here who tried ipl has been hairless for years after their last treatment?

Yung cousin ko kasi satisfied sa ipl but i dunno if her hair grows back pa. My last session was back in 2013 pa and i got pregnant and all and no hairgrowth still. Had it done sa Clarity using Lightsheer then Shinigawa ndyag for boosters, i still have 2 sessions left of what i have bough na 3+2 package before. Super sulit.

Na try ko na pala once ang ipl pero sa spa ng tita ko, 4 shots lang eh since i almost no hair na parang pang booster ko nalang sana pero ewan di ako satisfied mas okay for me yung ndyag.

I messaged skin house awhile ago to ask about their updated rate/promos. If you get 4 sessions, it's to be Php 1995.00 per session.   still not decided on whether to get it from them hehe

Might opt for skin (the spa) nalang if wala promo sa skin house (cheaper din lalabas if there's no promo at skin house hehe)

Hahaha sis i went to their Timog branch before. Yung receptionist kausap sa phone yung nanay  niya regarding sa disconnection notice ng Meralco sa bahay nila, ang lakas ng boses.

Timog branch uses Alma Soprano Accord laser, it was painless but for me also not as effective as the Lightsheer Diode by Lumenis (eto na try ko and Candela ndyag). I had a 3 sessions na sa Clarity and they use lightsheer eh nagka ensogo promo sa Skin Station, i bought two vouchers. I wasnt satisfied on my 1st session so sabi ko sa 2nd session na kung pwede taasan yung fluence kasi i have undergone laser narin, pang 4rth or 5th ko na  yung sa Skin Station. Since hindi derma gumagawa sabi niya hindi daw niya pwede taasan. This was back in 2011 or 2012 so baka iba na ngayon. Medyo manipis na yung hair ko nun and very slow narin ang  growth but their laser didnt make my hair grow any slower or thinner. In short walang effect.

Go for Lightsheer diode nalang sis or reseach on Alexandrite tapos ndyag for booster. Sa first page naka indicate yung mga clinics and what type of lasers they use.

I wanted the Alma Soprano Accord to work on me, kasi mura sa Skin Station (lalo na if may voucher) tapos painless pa so okay for the legs and  upper lip kaso di talaga effective for me so tiis ganda nalang ako sa Lightsheer for my legs.

oo nga sis nag enjoy lang din kasi ako sa ipl dahil 600 per sesh lang magaan sa bulsa. yung 20+ session naman na yan, tig 10. 10sesh nun unang beses ko magtry sa sm manila then nag eslendre ako tas natengga ng almost 6months then balik hairless sa sm sta mesa na.

base sa experience ko na mabalbon akong taon, pag tumigil ka sa ipl bumabalik pa rin buhok. una manipis na tubo lang tas pakapal na lang ng pakapal ulit.

planning to have my ua lasered again para sa summer.

^I have finished 5 sessions of skin station LHR and it is effective naman. I dont shave anymore because there are only a few left and the strands are really fine. It  so so cheap I think it is worth it. Although, I think their machines are weak and I feel like if I had this done elsewhere, Iwoouuld have been harifree faster.

But I don't mind going back because it is so cheap anyway hehe. Actually after this I am thinking of getting my lower legs done also.

Sis Chilli how many months/years na from your last session? What branch did you go to? Iba ata yung machine nila sa ibang branch saw on the first page they also have Dermax Diode (i havent researched on this machine yet) and baka mas effective than the machine they use sa Timog branch. Really want to have my legs done too.

^ Sis, I'm not sure that's how laser works.  Kasi it may be that hair is thinner now but only temporary parang when you do waxing, diba the hair becomes thinner pero when you stop kakapal ulit?

vain_kixie, ang funny naman ng receptionist sa skin station.  I agree na maganda ang alexandrite or nd:yag. But alexandrite is the one for booster not the nd:yag.  The machines in the first page are not updated.

^ i agree with you. less hair and thinner hair isn't permanent. I've completed about 12-14 sessions sa Skin Station MOA branch. That time nung may 2 years unlimited promo pa sila. My UA still got hair although konti nalang natira that time and super duper fine. But after a few months... a few more hairs grew back. I've been doing IPL whenever I have time pero its not as great as diode. Now hanap ako ng murang diode that's why i tried the VIGEN but mas walang effect yung diode nila. In fact, some hair grew even more thicker. And hindi pa painless yung kanilang HAND HELD diode.
 
I am now eyeing on Skin Central kasi may promo sa ensogo. Anyone tried there?
I can't find the skin station promo the others are saying here. And wala ako balak kumuha ng another package sa kanila.

Oh no!! Temporary lang pala the super thin fine hair growth of Skin Station? hmmm my sister though hasn't gone back in many months and shes preactically hairless-- although she really is less hairy than me.

I guess if I get a lot of growth after I finish all my sessions, then I will just go finish it off in another laser place with better machines.

Hi mga sis! hope all is well with you all sis... baka my marecommend kayo na clinic na may promo ng LHR.. kase summer na and i want  for brazilian part sana (Budget concern here) i preferred the diode sana kase base on the reviews ok daw sya. many thanks

Update lang sakin nakaka 5 sessions pa lang pala ako sa Skin House and kanina inassess ng OIC yung area kasama yung RN na nag lalaser sakin. Sa 6th session ko mas tataasan daw yung settings, ibang shaver ang gagamitin and imamark na yung mga stubborn areas to make sure na mas maging effective yung treatment. Then may isa pang nurse na mag aassist. Kinonsult din daw nila yung supplier ng machine and yung nag train sa kanila sa paglalaser, since maputi naman daw ako safe naman daw kung taasan yung settings kasi yung settings ko daw before hindi pa naman yun yung maximum. Kung pwede lang mamatay sa kahihiyan haha. Super awkward at dala dalawa silang nagtitingin dun kanina.

After ng next treatment i update ko daw sila if may improvement otherwise yung derma naman nila ang mag suggest kung anong settings ng machine pwede. 3 sessions left sana bago matapos eh okay na.

Normal disposable razor ang gamit nila. Then sabi next time yung pang kilay na daw ang gagamitin. Inexplain nila sakin but somehow hindi ko ma absorb, masyado kasing pre occupied yung utak ko sa kahihiyan. Haha
