I've been asking this question before pa, pero just wondering if there are any new sisses who tried LHR for upper lip? Interested sana ako makakuha ng feedback if effective. How many sessions, where you got it. Been asking my technician pero sabi niya baka kulang daw 8 sessions dahil mabilis growth sa face. Di ko naman mahagilap iba niyang clients no. Lol.

^i  Am doing lhr for upper lip at skinstation. I got 10 session 5K package. I completed 5 sessions already.  For me, improvement is not yet noticeable. But  hair growth parang bumagal na. Ideally daw,  interval for upper lip lhr is 4 weeks, pero since bumagal na nga, kahit 5 weeks na hindi pa ako nakakabalik  ulit for my sessions.

I am planning to get my face done (cheeks) kasi talagang dami ko fine hairs and its getting in the way kapag nagmamake up. kaso when I searched sa google parang dami nega feedbacks about facial hair na when coarse hair LHR is a good idea since it really targets it...pero kapag finer hairs, mahirap daw ito maremove and in worst cases tutubo pa coarse hair on areas na walang hair before. How true is this? anyone with reviews?

medyo luma na nabasa kong reviews online, so maybe that was just before with the old machines and what not.

Yung unang beses ko sis sa pan pacific. Ganyan din pakiramdam ko. Parang nakuryente tapos masaket kaya dina ko bumalik sa kanila. Buti may friend na nagrecommend sa dermaesthetique. Almost painless at effective naman.

sis @fibia, wow, thanks sis. Hope you can keep us posted My upper lip hair is kind of prominent kasi, especially dun sa dulo, it really annoys me. Nakakababa ng self esteem. Lol. Di ba they shave it? So you really have to let it grow out during the interval? Or excused naman dahil facial hair? Hehe. I really wanna do it, ipon lang siguro for at least 10 sessions.

I purchased the UA package at skinstation... 4th session ko na sa sunday. so far, may hair pa din ako pero i can say bumagal na talaga yung tubo... kasi before kahit wax shave or pluck wala pang 3 days may thick coarse hair nako.. now weeks talaga bago bumalik saka hindi na buong underarm... Manipis na din yung tubo nung hair.. nawala na yung "shaved" look.
After my 8 sessions, plan ko whitening naman.... Tip pala nung attendant on your 3rd session onwards, request nyo na i-high yung settings....

Next ko ilelasar hair removal sa upper lip.. natatakot lang ako na baka masunog or what - share naman ng experience mga sis.

^Yan din ang concern ko talaga... Baka lumala or something. That's why if ever, I plan to do more than 8 sessions + revlite pa. I did 7 sessions with my UA then may natitira pa sana ako isa, sabi ng technician ko, revlite naman kasi konti na yung tubo.

Going back to LHR, really happy with my 7 sessions sa UA, worth it naman yung investment ko. Which is why I am considering naman sa upper lip.

I'm on my 5th session of LHR and I don't even need to shave anymore cuz there's nothing to shave! It's such a good investment. I should have done this ages ago!

I'm also thinking of doing my upper lip... I'm not fussed cuz it's not really noticeable but wala lang. I just want to.

Try po ninyo mag pa IPL sa HairLess - 650 each session. Pero if you will avail their package my free 2 sessions.

gumdrops26, UL LHR is a good investment also.  It doesn't look particularly nice if there is a shadow.  I think with the right settings, lesser sessions din siguro.  Diba you go to skin house din?

I tried laser hair removal sa underarms 10 years ago pa sa Let's Face It. Naka-10 sessions ata ako and so far, may limang hair lang na natira for both underarms. Then when we moved here overseas, nagtry naman ako ng brazilian laser hair removal at IPL. Sobrang sakit ng IPL tapos hindi nalalagas yung hair after a few days of treatment. Kasi sa laser, after a few days, nahihila mo talaga or nalalagas yung mga tiny hairs na dinaanan ng laser. Hindi ko na inulit yung IPL. Bukod sa masakit, hindi pa effective.

@blushberry, sis have you tried sa upper lip? Seriously considering it now... Ano ba magandang machine for this? Ayoko kasi nung matagalang treatment sana.

There are older articles nga that sometimes foreigners who already have thin hairs in specific areas tend to have rebound effect na biglang nagkakaroon ng hair, pero that applies lang yata with foreigners and not with asians per se   Ask mo rin sa pds derma to be sure, aamin naman siguro yun.  Now kasi may gentlemax naman and light sheer duet, both of which are well known na maganda talaga.

Iba talaga ang IPL, sa medispa mo ba yan pinagawa?  Tagal ko narin hairless sa brazilian, underarms and upper lip.  Tagal ko narin hindi nagpapatouch up.  Wala namang regrowth.

nicoletta, dito na sa overseas ako nagpa-brazilian laser at IPL. Magandang i-share yung difference ng dalawa kasi katulad ko, ayoko naman masayang yung pera nila sa IPL.

BTW, any comments re skinstation's painless diode laser hair removal? yan ba yung something like "single light laser" daw na better sa "multi light laser" at ipl? haha. i forgot the term. sensya. hehe.
