He'd caused pain to his wife and children at dadlhin nila yun for the rest of their lives.  Let's say they got separated and Wally will give monetary support. Ganun din naman ee, si girl pa rin yung maiiwan na mag-aalaga sa mga bata. Yun nga lang may pera na galing kay Wally.  Tapos si Wally single na ulit and ready to mingle.

What I am saying is that hindi ganun kadaling magkaso sa asawa, lalo na if you are practically under his financial mercy. I assume that she is not working because they have five growing kids. Now to file a case, you need money. Alangan namang bigyan siya ni Wally ng pang-demanda para idemanda ang sarili niya? Tapos me oras pa ba si wifey para sa madugong court process given na andami nga niyang inaasikasong anak?

Infidelity happens to many people. Sex scandals din rampant na. If there's one thing that we should all learn from Maricar, that would be to keep quiet. And act privately na lang, especially if there are other people involved (lalo na children).

If you file a case against your husband, manganganib din ang kabuhayan nito. So saan din kukuha ng pang-support sa kids? I don't think naman na ganun na kadami ang naipon nila. Again, may anak silang may serious illness.

Had I been younger, I would instantly say "dapat nga idemanda niya asawa niya nang madala!" But now that I am older, I am more skeptic about the feasibility of such action. Hindi madaling magdemanda, I am telling you.

Wally cannot get away with what he's done, that's for sure. The whole Philippines is condemning him now, hindi na makakalimutan yang scandal na yan. That's karma at its finest.

The wife can settle with Wally privately. She can demand na lang for a huge settlement. If I were her, ide-demand ko LAHAT ng properties nila at karamihan sa mga kikitain pa ni Wally (that is, kung may career pa siya) in the future. In the first place, siya pa rin may karapatan doon dahil mag-asawa pa rin sila.

Pero she should never take him back.

^^^^^Hi sis, I get your point. I agree that she has to secure her family financially. But what I'm trying to say is that she has to weigh her options. Let me put it this way.

She can either leave his husband and ask for financial support, which I think is very much convenient for Wally because he has a high paying job. She'll take care of her children with the aid of Wally's money while he's free to hang around with any girl that he likes.

OR

Sue Wally and the homewrecker dancer and ask for moral damages. Take care of her children all by herself. Teach her children to have values and to respect their future partners. And have that Wally and Yosh get what they deserve.

Yes, its hard to decide on this matter taking into consideration the financial problems that she is having and her child with serious illness. If I were in her shoes I wont think twice and choose the latter since that's what i think is most sensible. To each his own ika nga. But whatever it is that she chooses is FINE as long as she doesnt stay with Wally.
