was able to apply for a bpi CC today, ngayon lang namin nalaman about their promo na free yung annual fee for life. 2 CCs yung ni-check ko, yung blue and Amore Visa. sana ma-approve either of the two. :D sabi nila three weeks daw yung processing

^ i think sis kung maachieve mo naman yung required spending nila within a year waived na yung annual fee.

gagamitin ko to sa pagbabayad ng utility bills, para dagdag na din sa bill sa CC. baka sakali mapawaive next year hehe

Hi sis artificalstar, if you will be able to meet their monthly spending or their annual spending automatic waive na yung annual fee mo. Sa akin kasi ganun ginagawa ko.pag malapit na anniversary I would call them and ask for reversal ng annual fee, malaki naman kasi gastos ko. So okay naman sila.

No to stocks and mutual funds that I've asked.
Sa insurance naman, yes except for VULs.
The only company that accepts credit card payments
for VULs that I know of is Prulife.

Hi mga sis,

Please help!

My credit limit is P25,000. Ngayon I have an installment plan and ang balance of the installment was around P13,000. My monthly amortization on the said plan is P1,300 per month. Ang question ko is how much ang available credit ko pa? Is it P25k - P13k? or P25k - 1.3k? Nalilito kasi ako.

I'm planning to do a purchase tomorrow of another item under installment plan, let's say the price is around P15,000 with monthly amortization of P1,500, mag-eexceed ba ako ng credit limit ko if I continue the purchase?

Thanks a lot sa mga sasagot.

25-13= 12k. The every month you pay paunti unti babalik yan sa normal credit limit standing mo. Even if you pay im advance it will like floating lang. Meaning idededuct lang nila yung 1300 every cut off mo.

You cannot do the installment again lalo na 12k na lang balance mo.

Hope this helps

Sis yong entire amount ng installment ang ibabawas so now you have 10K available CL. And madagdagan ng 1.3 every month when you pay. Mababawas din if you have new purchases.

Kakaloka customer service reps ng Metrobank. Puro mali mali. 1st week of August na-approve credit card ko, I asked the 1st rep if it's okay to have the card delivered to my office address without authorization letter. Okay lang daw.

Then few days after I received text message na I should have auth letter nga. So call ako hotline to change the delivery add, and they asked for my cell no in case daw the courier needs to call. After 10 days walang courier, so call uli ako to follow up and hingi si 2nd rep ng cell no ko uli and within the week na daw dadating ang card.

After one week, wala pa rin delivery so I called again and last lang nabalik uli sa courier yong card with the updated address. So this week na daw talaga. So this week na daw talaga dadating hehe.

i used to have a TD account at metrobank and they sent me my visa card in less than 2 weeks. been using it for 7 years already. once, my account was hacked via paypal. that was 4 years ago. and i complained to metrobank about it. had to send several documents refuting the said transaction. good thing they cleared it up (i'm not paying 7k for something i didn't buy!) and they even doubled my credit limit a month after the incident.

OMG ha at nag text sila kay hubby sabi "your wife is requesting for additional credit limit call to approve" something ganun, ay ano yun e di naman ako tumatawag...:( bad pa CS nila hate them!!!!

^ sis, this came from a reliable source even before you posted this :D someone we knew said na yung mga CC details ng metrobank eh "binibenta" ng mga tagaloob na nagbebenta sa mga hackers ng mga CC details ng mga Metrobank clients. and by details he meant complete info like name, bday, cc number, security code at the back, etc.

As for paypal, I had my CC removed from it na,  mahirap na ma hack.

@ sis thess, mabuti bumawi ang metrobank when I requested balance transfer. Sabi 5 to 7 days processing then another 3 days to process the payment to the other bank. Pero after 4 days lang when I checked yong HSBC ko, na transfer na yong balance.

^ sis i'll try to look for the Youtube video na yung hackers mismo nainterview and sinabi nila na ganun nga ang ginagawa ng mga tagabanks with the CC info.
