cannot access private messages

Help! I cannot access my private messages. May Database error daw and I should contact the Administrator, but since I cannot send a private message to anyone, i just decided to post it here.

Hello po... In my case, I am not allowed to send private messages daw po. I have sent twice private messages before and I just received a PM pero hindi ako makareply. Hindi ko po alam paano i-report so naghanap ako ng related thread. Please help po. Thank you!

Sis russelmom.. probationart ba status mo?ang alam ko kasi pag newbie na dun ka pwede magsend ng PM pero may corresponding count of post para maging newbie stat ka.. HTH

Nagtaka lang ako kasi nung zero pa yung number of post ko twice ako nakareply sa PMs, nagkaroon lang ng changes nung nag-start ako ng topic kasi naging probationary yung status. Waiting for approval na lang ako doon sa mga posts ko and sana ma-reach ko na yung certain number of posts needed.
