yes sis september 17 pero kaninang umaga ko lang naconfirm. ganito ginagawa ko sis:

 -> tapos enter ko nung magkani withdrawhin ko eto lalabas

Yan sis. Tapos ang ending kailangan ko talagang maglagay ng credit card number. Nakakaiyak na baka biglang mawala yung laman.

mga sis if ever hindi ko siya mawithdraw pwede ko ba ipambili sa online shops na tumatanggap ng payments sa paypal yun kahit hindi verified?

^ yes sis pwede.you need to verify lang naman if you are using a credit or debit card to purchase or to withdraw funds from paypal.Like mine, im using my smartmoney card in purchasing through paypal.Though you dont need to fund naman your paypal  a single amount to purchase as long as yung verified card mo with them ay may laman.
