the hunger games 1 kasi i'll be watching catching fire next week - 

- i was not able to read the book so i have no expectations whatsoever, but the storyline of the movie is mediocre at best, i guess they are under the premise that people who will be watching the movie already read the book and expected the viewers to just self fill the parts. there is no explanation in anything. the story is plain, just a few kids playing something in a tv show. i dont really get it. i hate hate the part that i have to self fill the plot. ewan ko if the male protagonist is supposed to be stupid and simple-minded at first but that is how he looked like to me. the female naman is always angry and very pessimistic, does not smile or anything. i did not feel her struggle or her emotions. there is absolutely no spark between them, quite shocking and very fake nga nung sa interview the tribute part eh may gusto pala si guy sa girl. tapos ayun kahit yung time nila sa cave and supposed to be, i guess, their "intimate" scene is so fake. i dont see the development of the characters. i dont see the development of their relationships with other people. bigla na lang close yung girl and stylist. ugh

anyway idk if i'll be watching the next movie tuloy. i dont see what the rave is all about.

Catching Fire - 8.5/10

I'm not sure if rating ko sa movie yan o sa book kasi saktong-sakto yung movie sa book e. The only thing I didn't like was they took the gale-katniss flirting to the next level. Sa movie kasi parang totally in love si katniss kay gale, like they were together as bf/gf when Peeta came in the picture. Yung movie pilit na pinagkakakitaan ang team gale and team peeta when it's not even a big part of the series, although yung fandom ay yan naman talaga pinagtatalunan 

Thor 2 - 10/10

Thor: The Dark World - 8.5/10, si Loki talaga ang habol ko dito kaya niyaya ko si hubby manood for the last full show.  The story was good and great acting from Tom Hiddleston who played Loki.

My Name Is Khan

My only second time to watch a Bollywood movie after Slumdog Millionaire. A moving story of love, religion, racism, and 9/11. I got teary-eyed watching this. It was quite too long though. The lead actor was great.
