Help!anyone who had used topical creams and cleansers for acne while breastfeeding.

Sino na po naka experience nito...i didnt know po na bawal eh.basta nireseta ng derma for my acnes.di naman tinanong kung nagpapabreastfeed ako kasi nun nagpacheck up ako wala naman akong dalang baby..pls.help me with your posts.TIA
