Tried this but not much effect on my weight.. I think you lose more on water weight than fat since madalas ka magpupu. More on laxative yung effect nya. Nasayang lang money ko dito.

So this an actual plum fruit that has been dried/pickled? Prunes is dried plums. A kilo of the fresh plums are around 400pesos in the grocery. What's the difference?

just started eating plumdelite and pang 3rd day ko na ngayon, the first day may sakit ng tiyan na mararamdaman pero tolerable naman, parang normal na masakit ang tiyan na banyo and derecho mo. then mapapansin mo kumukururok and tiyan mo, yung second day parang 4x akong napa-banyo. I hope in a week I can see a difference, nabawasan din yung  bloating.

 Okay sana ang mag try kaso may LBM  effect.Ang hirap pag nasa labas ka ng bahay. I tried buying the organic one with honey ...kaso ang sama ng lasa. Pero ang daming pumayat dito sa plum delite.

i tried it. naregulate lang pupu ko. yun lang. di pa ako gumagaan at hindi ko parin nakikita na lumiliit ang waist ko. huhuhu. yung mga kasama ko nageffect yung sa kanila...

I just finished my 10th packet yesterday. Didn't lose weight, no changes at all. Ang lakas ko din kase kumain, sabi kahit kumain ka ok lang. No diet/exercise needed. I guess effective siya kahit paano kase di ako nag gain kahit kain ako ng kain.

Sa akin hindi naman everytime kumain nag-poop ako, every other day pa nga ang bowel movement ko. Pero soft to watery stool talaga siya. At paminsan humihilab pero tolerable naman, nadidinig ko din yung krug krug sa tiyan after kumain.

Probably won't buy again kase I was expecting to lose weight talaga kahit 1lb man lang, pero wala.

On my 4th box, I was 157lbs to 138 lbs, it also helped if you not eat that much, and dapat may exercise din, although it says na no diet and exercise but it would make you lose more and faster if you have these two. Aside from that, I'm more on the cleansing/detox effect .

This is not effective as a means for weight loss, but it is very good for detox.

I finished two boxes and didn't lose a single pound.
