I tried this Plum Diet. Di sya effective. I mean mag lolose ka pero pag tinigil mo doble ang rebound. Waste of Money! You can buy an organic plums or prunes and drink greentea mas effective pa yun.

actually,naisip kk na iyan,pagmabilis pumayat mabilis din pag taba kapag ihinto....so i never tried...may kasama ako ganyan pumayat after one month,so nag every other day sya sa pag inom,ayun bumalik ulit cravings nya sa food ,,in week time lang lumobo agad so balik na naman sa everyday intake ng optrimax....for me kasi hindi bale ng mabagal pag payat basta hindi na tataba pa...effective siguro in a long run kung may kasamang disiplina sa pagkain at ehersisyo....

Hi guys, just want to share lang po, Plum delite is depende po sa response ng body, kaya po merong tinatawag na  plum delite 2 months program & 1 month program. Meron kasing body na 1 month na pero konti pa lang effect, meron naman in 1 box 2kls na nabawas.  Thanks

Nagttake ako nito 2nd day ko palang.  Im just 45kgs  pero super big tummy. 
Kung plan nyo mag take in ng Plum delight, make sure to drink a lot of water. Kasi nakakadehydrate sya. I take it after dinner followed by 2 glasses of water. Mapansin nyo, dami pee at yung 1 or 2 times na poop in the morning. Di nyo mapipigilan as in kahit super antok pako I can't help it I had to go. Haha! I will update again after the 10 day challenge. This didnt work for me. I lost just 2 lbs siguro sa 1 box.

I think pang linis sya ng colon, to remove the toxins na naipon which is good naman. Kaya lang kung hindi ka naman mahilig sa mg oily food, etc, hindi ganun yung response ng katawan mo and most probably you will just lose water weight.
