At what age have you started and learned to put makeup by yourself?

I am just curious how old you girls started putting makeups? Because I am such a late bloomer on this stuff, now I find beauty products very appealing. Hehe!

Letter A! ha!ha!ha! Kasi lagi ako muse/dancer/reyna elena ek etc from elementary to high school kaya i need
to put on my own make-up for those activities. I hate kasi the make-up applications of the
parloristas (no offense meant) that i leaned how to put on make-up.
It's a necessity to me even sa current job ko ngayon.
Nagmo-moisturizer na ako (Olay) at the age of 13.

Wow sis K_heart ang bata mo pa pala nag start. hehe! For me makeup is not really necessary on my job. Siguro Flight Attendant ka kaya lagi ka pretty. hehe

^ha!ha!ha! Hindi ako flight attendant sis. Pero it has really save me money and time dahil
i know how to put on make-up on my own. While my colleagues,wait sa available make-up artists pag
may events kami, ako oks na agad. Ang mahal din kasi ng service ng make-up arists.
Ang downside lang, usually, madami nagpapa-make-up sa akin which is really tedious sometimes.
At ang the worst, nahihiya ako maningil. he!he!

C 15-16 I did my own makeup nung high school grad. Although I was already playing with my mom's makeup as a kid.

C. 15-16.. Highschool days... Syempre nandun si crush. Kelangan magpaganda. At nung time na yun, nanghiram lang talaga ako. Lipshiner at eyeliner ang first na naapply kong makeup. tee hee!.

Hindi mahilig mag make-up ang mother ko at ang ate ko. I have my own make-up as early
as grade school although powder lang naman oang tanggal ng oul, 1 blush at yung gloss roller ball na sobrang pula.

D 17-20, pero simple lang. Loose mineral powder + under eye concealer + blush on + lipstick.

Hindi ako marunong nung foundation-foundation Lalo na yung liquid. Hindi din ako marunong mag eye shadow. Hihi. And, naiinggit ako doon sa mga magaling mag blend

E din. Though I started to be interested on makeup since high school ako, bawal kasi sa school namin ang maarte so hindi rin ako natuto. Nung college naman, super tamad ako. Mga usual powder, blush, lipstick lang pero minsan wala talaga. Nung nagka-work lang ako nag makeup talaga kasi lagi akong pinagkakamalang OJT e. now di na ako umaalis ng house ng di naka-ayos. Pero day look lang, minsan lang mag bonggang eyeshadow. Hahaha

Maaga ako natuto maglagay ng makeup pero mali mali yata. Pero yung talagang nagm-makeup regularly, nung nag-work na ako.

Letter C. Sabi ko kasi sarili ko noon wag magmadali. HAHA. Ayoko naman magmukhang malandi bata pa lang kaya hinintay ko magcollege bago maglagay ng make up pero medyo nag aaral na rin ako nung highschool para kapag may events.

B - 12 to 14, ang arte ko kasi! hehe.. Yun kasing kuya ko bata pa lang ako pinagppractisan na ko makeup-an so feeling ko sa kanya ko nakuha kaartehan ko.. hanggang sa ako na mag isa, una eyeshadow lang na silver hanggang naging bolder colors then bolder lipstick colors na din!

Then, natuto naring magfill in ng brows, mascara, and lipstick.
Di ko lang talaga trip mageyeshadow.

Hehe! Ako din bawal samin nung high school na mag make up. They don't encourage and then nung college hindi din ako nag memake-up now na lang na nagwowork ako.
Basic lang sakin - powder, eyeliner, blush and eyebrows.

E late-twenties, I started using cheek tint and lip gloss. Konting powder din

F early-thirties, just this year, I learned to appreciate "branded" makeup like MAC. So now, I use concealer, blush, foundation, lipstick. Minsan me eyeliner and eyeshadow. Nagsastart pa lang ako matuto how to put on basic makeup

B, C, D. Powder lang ako nung high school and lipbalm/gloss since bawal makeup then right after HS graduation, liquid foundie and eyeshadows na. Learned everything right after college though.
