Glutawhite 100mg vs 500mg

hi mga sis! Im new here hehe Just want to ask which is better sa Glutawhite 100mg or 500mg. ganito kasi, Im currently taking Vitamin e 400iu twice a day with vitamin c 500mg twice a day din. Now, Im planning to use Glutawhite. which will be a better routine, Glutawhite100mg 3x daily + 1000mg vitamin C or Glutawhite 500mg + 1000mg Vitamin c? may glowing effect din ba kahit walang ALA yung 500mg? gusto ko din kasi magbawas ng pills na iinumin kasi I dont like the sight of too many pills heehee. ang daming questions, sorry! thanks in advance!:)

ako sis i just use 100mg of glutawhite tapos vit c 500mg, both once a day lang. i take stresstabs din. so far mukhang ok naman ako. sabi ng office mate ko (girl to ha) lagi ang kinis ko daw

100mg twice a day, Once a day vitamin C, ganda ng effect glowing skin ko within 3 days. 2 weeks ko na gamit super glowing na nag 1 shade lighter. Plan ko mag 500mg twice a day para mas pumuti pa ko.

sad to say walang effect sakin 100mg ng glutawhite. Going back to tat307 for healthy glowing skin.

Gamit 500 mg Ascorbic.

2nd day ko na to using it.
