moms advise pls for congenital anomaly scan

To all Moms and Ob's out there ,

Help, please...my estimated delivery date will be on 11 Nov 2013..Madami pa akong kelangan gawin at nabbother nako..

advise please on the ff:

1. san mura pero maayos mag pa Congenital Anomaly Scanfor 2d or 3rd or 4d?
kase po nung march and april magkasunod ako na operahan..
nung march, cyst sa impacted tooth ko, tapos nung april naman tinaggal yun right ovary ko kase my cyst din, eh sabi ng Ob na mag pa CAS daw me

2. Since tight budget ako, sa Quirino Memorial Medical Center ( Labor) ako balak manganak for charity lang..any comment on this please, like if you have friends or ikaw ang nanganak dun?

3. [textspeak!] ba maganda irequest na gift para sa baby shower for my baby boy?

 again tight budget po ako...  sa 25 person na invited magkanu at [textspeak!] kya pwede ihanda?

sis here in marikina nakapagpa 3d4d ako.package includes CAS, fetal biometry, face and gender identification with printout, 3d4d with CD for only 3500.location is Marikina OB ultrasound, sa baba ng Marquinton Residences.

sis i had my congenital anomaly scan at medical city it's ok and i think they are kinda affordable compare to Makati med but for me the service is beyond expectation at makati med they only prefer scheduled  congenital anomaly scan so that your time slot is only available to you no walk-ins are allowed. for me i go for Makati med. i only had my  congenital anomaly scan at medical city because i'm missed my number of weeks so when i ask to schedule for  congenital anomaly scan no more available slot so i have no choice but to go to medical city.

Had my CAS at Delgado for 1750. Just 2d btw but i'm satisfied. Thumbs up for the service.
