i will be leaving for HK on friday. is there a place where i can buy bath and body works cologne there? pang pasalubong ko sana.
or any other suggestions for pasalubong sa girls?
where is the best H&M store to go to? mura ba? lacoste ba is on sale?

My usual H&m branch is the one at Elements just cause it's highly accessible from my accommodation, which is always at the airport. I just take the AEL to Kowloon. But there are quite a nbr of branches in HKG. there's one near Harbour city if you'll be in the TST area.

Ilang weeks na lang, HK trip na namin ni hubby... excited na ako. Tapos ko na gawin yung IT namin, final na talaga. Sakto Halloween yung time ng visit namin, ang daming attractions na seasonal... I checked yung sites ng Disneyland and Ocean Park at parang interesting both kaya ang ending pupuntahan na lang daw namin lahat! Ewan ko ba, I think lugi ako kasi di naman ako mahilig sa rides or hunted houses pero this time I'll try yung mga hunted attractions. Sana lang hindi ako magka-heart attack!

I have a question, saan ba safe na mag-transact ng atm withdrawal? Sa malls din ba nila meron mga atm (tulad satin)?

yes sa mongkok sis & ok din naman don sabi ng mga officemate ko. mas prefer ko lang TST kasi sanay na ako maglakad-lakad sa paligid. sinabi mo pa, swerte nga lang ako at may umaampon sa kin kaya may extrang pang-shopping

Wala bang nagpapa-transient sa HK? Or yung hostel na mismo iyon? Hinahanap ko kasi yung mga nagwowork sa HK na may extra room na pinaparent nila on a daily basis. Baka kasi mas mura iyon.

My vote goes to TST din.

^ and ^^, ang mahal ng rent ng condo sa HK ano? I heard it's roughly around 12k-15k HKD per month for a 2BR unit. Naisip ko na maybe each room should have at least 2 occupants. Pero ang liit kasi ng room. Ang hirap maghanap ng nagrerent ng whole flat tapos nagpapa transient.

Got my BPI atm activated for international withdrawal.
And I got their rates na din per transaction..

Withdrawal = USD 3.50 or 2% of amount withdrawn (whichever is highest)
Balance Inquiry = USD 1.00

Basta hanapin lang yung Cirrus logo. Not bad na din, not as expensive as I though it would be.

Hi mga sis! Would you know if open pa yung H&M sa Central (their biggest branch)? I read kasi in an article that they would be closing the store na in Fall 2013 due to high rent.

Will be going to HK next week kasi. Aside from Central, ano ang best H&M branch na puntahan?

tawag ka lang sis sa hotline/call center ng BPI 89-100. piliin mo yung makakakausap ka ng agent. prepare your atm kasi itatanung yung account mo and iba pang details.

I posted about this a page ago, I think. =)  I frequent the branch at Elements but I suggest you try visiting the flagship store at TST Along canton Rd  =) . I was at the elements branch again a couple of weeks ago and I am so in love with the kids' shoes and winter wear. Should've gotten myself a pair of patent boots, too, kaso wala baby pink for adults para pair sana kami ng daughter ko. Will check out their stores in myeongdong in a few weeks. Hope there will be new finds in Seoul naman. Happy shopping!

Nov. 25:
10am - arrive at HKIA
12am - arrive at GC guesthouse
lunch, look around the area until check-in at 2pm
4pm onwards:
check-out the area around GC/ nearby shops (china hongkong city - in town outlets at the end of harbour city mall, esprit outlet in ashley road, also try sneaker street, silvercord mall)
avenue of stars (symphony of lights at 8pm - lasts for 14 mins)
madame tussauds
the peak / peak tram

Nov. 26:
6am - breakfast, getting ready,etc
8am/ 8:30am- leave for disneyland
10:00am - disneyland (park sched accrdg to website is 10am-8pm)
check again next month if the daily calendar is already available

Nov. 27:
7am - breakfast, getting ready, etc
9am - leave for ocean park
10am - ocean park (sched accrdg to website is 10am - 10pm)

Nov. 28:
6am - breakfast, getting ready, etc
8am/8:30am - leave for citygate tungchung
10am - citygate tungchung (store hours 10am-10pm)
if may time pa try going to ngong ping

Nov. 29:
10:40am Manila flight

Safe naman mag withdraw kahit saang ATM machine dito, kahit hindi sa Mall. Di naman uso dito ang hold-up...

Regarding sa H&M Central, sarado na sya.... pero meron sa TST, Langham, at Taikoo.
