sis do online application just present authorization nung bride and groom. medyo mahal pero less hassle, that is what I did for my sister and bro in law both in Canada residing.

sis can I get the website?

fiancé and I are both based in Canada too and not sure if we will have enough time to apply before the wedding. (10 days daw processing time ng application). We will be in the Philippines 9 days before our wedding..

Also, how long processing ng CENOMAR? within a day ba makukuha na?

Update ko lang kayo mga sis, we applied sa QC hall. For those na a-aattend ng seminar which we did, I advised you to call them ahead of time and have it scheduled. We almost didn't make it since waiting couple kami buti na lang na-late ng 30mins yung naka-schedule so nakapag-seminar pa kami. For those naman na gusto ng fixer my OTD is also have this service, sila ng bahala mag-asikaso. PM nyo na lang ako

Here are the fees:
150 - application form + fee (forgot anong fee)
100 - pag kukunin mo na yung license mo, after 9 working days, pwede mo pakuha basta dala nila yung yung xerox na may sulat nila sa taas.

Requirements:

Application Form - 2 copies, notorized
Orig copy of Birth Certificate or Baptismal certificate - pero hinde nila kukunin to, for checking lang, so have it photocopied first
Orig Cenomar - hinde rin nila kukunin, xerox lang need, need for checking

Valid Id's bearing the QC address
Seminar certificate

anong day at time ang okay kumuha?

May question lang ako:

1. Kailangan ba talaga ng parent advise? si b2b kasi is 25yo
2. Paano ba mapapatunayan na sa mandaluyong (for me) and QC (for b2b) kami nakatira?
3. Saan ba mas madali?
4. Ano po ba dapat alalahanin?

Requirements
Application Form / marriage contract application (provide by the local civil registrar office)
NSO Authenticated birth certificate
Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) issued by the NSO
Community Tax Certificate (Cedula)
Recent 1 x 1 Photo
Affidavit of parental consent (if the bride and/or groom is 18-21 years old)
Affidavit of parental advice (if the bride and/or groom is 22-25 years old)
PS. provide a xerox copy just in case.

Release of Marriage License
after you have completed the requirements.  Present the Certificates of Attendance to the local civil registrar office where you filed or applied your license. It is advised that you file the registration within 15 days from the date of wedding celebration. It will be released after 10 days from the time of application.

note: don't make any erasures on the application form that will be submitted to the NSO

Marriage License Validity
Most marriage licenses are valid for between 30 and 60 days and some says up to 120 days . This means you have a short window of time in which to get married. If you don't have your wedding within the required time frame, you will have to apply for another marriage license and pay the fee again

Thanks sis wryx, sa QC nalang kami kukuha ng ML kasi tumawag si b2b kanina and hindi na daw kailangan ng proof na doon nakatira or pwede na ang valid ID, and hindi na rin DAW kailangan nung Affidavit of parental advice.

15 days talaga? kasi sa April pa ang wedding namin, at pag 15days before the wedding hindi na namin maasikaso kasi busy na sa ibang bagay.

Eto pa rin ang pinoproblema ko out of all the wedding requirements and suppliers a couple would need.  In the past, I've already decided to just get a fixer, since h2b is based abroad and won't be able to come here till three weeks before the wedding.  Kelangan ko yung marriage license to confirm our schedule with the church, which needs to be scheduled at least 6 months before.  Kapraning!  Anyway, may nagmention dito that for overseas Filipinos, there's a document that can be requested from the Philippine consulate office, the one with the red ribbon, para makuhanan daw sila ng marriage license without personal appearance.  How true ito?  Has anyone ever tried it like this?

Hi sis, ang alam ko, hindi na ito pinapayagan ng mga civil registrar. gagawin din kasi sana ito ng pinsan ko nung dec. bale dec 12 ang sked ng kasal niya tapos nov 29 ang dating nung bf niya from australia. kinailangan pa rin sila magdaan sa regular process kasi nga hindi na daw allowed ito.

why not ask your local civil registrar kung saan kayo magaapply ng license kung papayag siya... otherwise, makiusap ka na lang sa church.

nung nagpareserve naman kami sa church kinonfirm agad nila date namin after namin magbayad ng reservation fee na 2k. di naman nila sinabi na hindi macoconfirm kung wala pa license.

^i suppose ito yung seminar na required mag attend sa  city hall bago ma issue yung marriage license.

Iba ito sa pre-cana kasi yung pre-cana, seminar naman sa church. Peroboth aims to prepare couples for married life.

sabe ng mga friends namin asikasuhin na daw namin ang mga requirements kase dito daw sila natagalan nung sila yung kinasal.. akala ko kase kaya 'to ng 2 months before the wedding.

kayo ba mga sis? gano katagal bago nyo na-settle lahat ng requirements?

omg sis kinabahan ako haha :p when ang wedding mo sis? kasi smen required ng church na kinuha yung reqs 3 months before the wedding. kaya mid june ko pa aasikasuhin lahat. magagahol kaya ako? (sept 12 ang wedding)
