which reminded me when dv posted about the Singaporean anti corruption success,  I recalled that former prime minister lee kuan yew of singapore quoted his views on the Philippines in his memoirs:

Tama sinabi mo.  MILF are merely organized bandits posing as freedom fighters for the bangsamoro region, walang pinagiba sa MNLF o ABU SAYAF.  Biro mo dati nabalita man yata ni tulfo sa column niya na angaangas ng mga milf dahil tuwing nagpapadala ng peace negotiators sa kanila hindi mo sila makausap ng maayos at napaka arrogante pang sumagot na,  "kayo ang may gustong makipagusap sa amin hindi kami!"   The one and only thing that I admired erap was when he ordered the destruction of their stronghold although the real reason was two fold: eliminate an entire legion of bandits and distract the public from his impending impeachment.


If lee kuan yew heard you praising marcos he would had something like this  , "Marcos might have started off as a hero but ended up a crook."  also written by him in the same memoir.

Lets say opposition group like enrile, jinggoy, revilla, marcos and their band of thieves thru diabolical means manages to successfully remove pnoy from office, afterwards they would install their party leader jejomar into presidency.   Does anyone here sincerely believe binay will prosecute his party members for all their crimes after thrusting him into power?   Binay would end up like arroyo, a lame duck president who had to make so many concessions and bribe just to remain in malacanang. And then finally he will succumb into the sea of corruption that he would actually enjoy it if he not in fact already accumulated so many ill gotten wealth right now after lording over Makati for over 20 years.  And who IS now in power over there? his son and then a daughter in senate, busy building their dynasty or should I say "business" in our government.


I still sincerely believe in noynoy alone, not his partymates, wanted to remove corruption and still do so.   He in my speculation had to bribe those opportunist allies & opposition bastards just to remove a powerful  scumbag like corona who will pander to arroyos command in gratitude for installing him as chief justice, the term midnight appointment best described what happened at that time.   Since arroyo and his lackeys are falling stars from the public then there is no threat of possible retaliation from this camp so it is a opportune event to earn quick bucks while looking like champions of justice. 


Of course using this as incentive is definitely wrong, it never was no matter how his subordinates explain their way out of it when it is a strategy to remove one who in the first place deserve to be remove but due to the way our govt had been inundiated with bribes from one administration to another since marcos,  These oppostunistic bastards that our kababayans had been electing to congress and senate will never do the right thing unless there is an incentive or it was in their interest to comply.


And this is why which I have to reiterate again that as a collective hoping for change in a major way we unite to make sure that scums involve had to be remove by voting them out of power.  It is the easiest, simplest and the cheapest way compared to removing them when they are already in power.

^no. pdaf is still a political tool. ginagamit pampapogi e maliban sa pagpapataba ng bulsa. dapat abolish ang pdaf, budgets should go directly to the govt agencies. at ang magaling na panot, tinangal daw ang pdaf pero yung tinangal nilagay naman nya lahat sa pdaf nya. hahaha. kakatawa diba. mas lalo hahalik sa paa nya mga garapal nating letcheslator.

Is this the DBM website? I so, tiningnan ko rin dati yan. You will notice na puro kalsada/construction of kung a n u-ano. I believe ang nasa listahan ay reported projects, but not yet audited. It does not necessarily mean completed/maayos ang delivery ng project.

Before the first million-people march sabi keep the pork barrel, then suspend 2013 PB, then nag-announce abolish daw pero nilagay sa kanyang sariling PB, then ni-request nya na tanggalin na raw ang suspension ng 2013 PB, tapos ngayon may DAP pa. Hindi ko maintindihan how people still believe that he's not involved in this grand scam, na malinaw naman na sya ang may control ng PDAF/DAP na ayaw nya talagang bitawan at walang tunay na reform na nangyayari (very partial ang investigation at palaki nang palaki ang budget despite reported anomalies). Pinapaikot-ikot na lang tayo.

The numbers/data are there. Dati sabi walang pinamigay na PDAF before, during & after Corona's trial. And now lumabas na meron pala. Ang senado na nag-iimbestiga ngayon ng scam, sila-sila rin yung nagsinungaling noon.

Just because si Binay yung susunod na magiging President if ever ma-impeach si Pnoy e ayaw na ng mga tao na i-impeach sya. So what? Its a democratic process. DAP (137B released in 2011-2012)
Malampaya fund (130B)

^They only disclosed DAP after J Estrada, Lacson, Santiago, J Arroyo & DRILON confirmed the 100M/senator released before/during/after Corona's trial. Galit pa ang mga senador noon when Corona's lawyer said that, ininsulto daw sila. O ngayon, lumabas na meron nga pala. Kaya Pia Cayetano is so quiet.

Ngayon lang sila gumawa ng control measures nang nagkaalaman na (ititigil na raw ang DAP sa 2014, but not yet final. Ang Malampaya will be limited to energy projects).

I've seen yung interview ng attorney ni ex-PGMa saying na Arroyo didn't know Napoles personally. Tapos naghugas kamay pa na hindi daw nacorrupt ni Arroyo yung malampaya funds, which I doubt. Nagparinig pa na walang lalabas na picture si GMA kasama si Napoles.  Nakaktuwa na nakakinis kasi pare-pareho silang naghahanapan ng butas ee wala namang malinis sakanila.
