Has anyone tried this brand? Does it really work and is it all natural talaga? I'm kind of iffy in drinking leisure 18 and fashion nature because they have undeclared substances in the coffee daw.

I drink this. I don't know if it works. Basta whenever I want coffee, I just get this product at least I don't feel guilty afterwards kasi "slimming" coffee sya...
