Laging epic fail ang lovelife ko
« on: August 02, 2013, 08:52:39 pm »
Yung dalawa kong naging boyfriend parehong LDR. Yung iba may girlfriend gusto akong gawing pangalawa. Bakit ganon?

Hi superjuzh! by the way how old are you? kasi kung epic fail na yan sayo e ano pa yung saken I had 6 failed relationships. O di ba quotang quota na ako? but 3 of them lasted for more than a year max is 3 years & 1 month. Iba ibang issues bakit di nagwork out yung relationship pero most of them 3rd party issues. Maybe siguro sis it's not just the right time or though I dont believe in destiny katulad nga ng sinasabi ng marami hindi daw meant to be. Things happened for a reason sa ngayon di pa naten alam if bakit pero sooner or later malalaman din naten

Hi mga sis! Salamat sa mga reply niyo. I'm 22.

Explore the world muna... Wider your horizon.

I once told myself and my close friends na by 24, I will be married already. I said kinompute ko kasi na at this certain age yung "panganay" ko eh tapos na ng college kasi ayoko naman na uugod-ugod na ako eh may pinag-aaral pa ako. Had a bf at 19, we broke up, then had another one at 21 then he died. And finally met my hubby at 26. Now I'm in my 30's and still TTC. Like sis may12, atat na din akong magka love life at that age. Andami pa palang bagay na hindi ko pa nata-try eh hindi ko nabibigyan ng pansin because I was so wrapped up on having a lovelife na.
For me kasi you're far too young to embrace na you failed na nga talaga. What if merong bf ka nga pero he treats you like dirt, is that considered fail as well, or not since may lovelife ka naman?
Ang hirap i-over analyze but why bother? Enjoy life sis! You're still young. ;)

if there is anything I have learned from my life and the lives of my huge ginormous families and barangays of friends:

It does not pay to be emotionally attached and dependent on someone.
But life sure is more fun if you are emotionally involved with someone.

So, don't go making your hunt for a spouse your lifetime achievement.
Making yourself  into your best is the lifetime achievement.

So, instead of focusing your energies on finding The One...
Focus instead on being your best everyday.
See, water seeks its own level.
Guys of low integrity & worth do not have much or anything to give.  In this category abound the philanderers, cheaters, abusers, etc etc   The character is ill-defined &/or weak.
As you hone & strengthen your character -- then like attracts like.  You meet men of better character, with emotional maturity.

Sometimes, it's the timing that does not work in your favor.
When you're young, you tend to get distracted by the less important traits; or, lack wisdom to mind the critical red flag bad traits.
In our generation, for ex. --  those who marry young or sooner,  generally are pregnant.  I tend to not hold much hope for such marriages' long term survival -- no explanation required.

So, don't go running desperate. There's Time.
And don't go falling for any guy available to you.  Be discerning, be choosy.

Look beyond the Phils too.  -- no explanation required.  Hahaha

Hi, superjuzh.

Ha ha.  May case ako wherein 3x (or was it 4x) siya iniwan sa altar.  She thought she was cursed or something pero edukada siya, may itsura - stewardess sa barko sa Europe, hindi naman palamunin as may ipon rin naman, etc.  Know what?

Not all that begin ends up in a bad story nor yun nagsimula ends in a happy ending.  It all boils down on how you present yourself and outlook sa buhay.

OT: Mahirap talaga iyang LDR.

Masyado mo pinoproblema lovelife mo. You are 22 years old. Instead of dwelling on your lovelife, you should be focusing on personal growth muna. Malay mo, there is something about you that is attracting these men.

I say work on yourself muna. Yang lovelife, pwede yan anytime. Remember that the decent ones, yung mga guys na matino, they are attracted to women who can also bring something to the relationship. Di ka pwedeng umasa sa ganda lang. Kelangan meron ka ding ibang pwedeng ioffer. And at your current age, ano na ba kaya mo ibring sa table? You want a decent guy, be a woman na a decent guy would go for.
