You can try out One Oasis Condominium in Ortigas Ext. They have a pretty big clubhouse with 3 pools.

try also Hampton Gardens, Eastside Manors and Capri Oasis in Pasig... ask the admin if they'd be able to provide ample parking space for your guests.
