Had my 4th every other day double dose shot, mas feel ko ito kesa dun sa every 3 days(2 days interval) dati. I have 8 viable veins, sa hands and antecubital(back ng elbow) combined, sana di sila sumuko agad  sleep ko nalang need ko ayusin, di ko kasi talaga kaya matulog ng maaga 
may nagsabi blooming daw ako, and i asked my bf if nag-lighten nako, sabi niya hirap daw i-determine kasi maputi na daw ako(i think otherwise), pero glowing naman daw. Haaay.. Hindi ako maputi, need ko pumuti sa standard ko haha.

duwag pa ko sumubok magtusok. kaya ivt muna. gusto ko nga panoorin habang itutusok pero nawawalan ako ng lakas ng loob. siguro pag nagtagal tagal na. papatapangin ko muna sarili ko hehe.

before ako mag start sa ivg nag try ako mag gluta. 3 months sa ishi pero walang effect. ngayon wala akong gluta. vitamin c lang at iron ang iniinom ko. pag non iv days naka 1000mg ako. parang type ko din ang saluta 600mg. gusto ko pale white. pag naging rosy kasi lalo akong umiitim. ouch.

Nagkasakit ako lately so di muna nakapaginject.
May stocks pa ako so need ko pagkasyahin until magsweldo. LOL.

I think may effect naman kahit iba iba basta consistent. Problem nga lang is mas mahirap ipinpoint ang most effective. I've tried it before, pero mahirap din akong paputiin. Or rather, medyo matigas din ulo ko kaya kahit medyo pumuputi na, mas inuna pa ang beaches. Ehe.

Ok naman ginawa ng IVT mo. And for me, that feeling is normal. Mas madalas mamanhid yung kamay/veins ko kapag double dose tapos mabilis yung push. Kasi ramdam na ramdam yung bloodflow eh.

Sissies,Meron pa bang user dito ng Tatiomax + Collagen? I used to use the old versiona and yun [textspeak!] first love ko. Pero nung magka Gold version na sila, di ko na natry. Anyone na pumuti dito?

sis lionheart2010, hi sis ask ko lang, ok din ba kung mag every other day inject tapos wala ng oral gluta?1 vial every other day + vit c iv & oral ang ginagawa ko.

sana talga umepekto yung saluta sakin. done with my 3rd vial every other day. sa unang tusok ko nag bloodclot agad sa needle ng butterfly. nalaman ko nung tinanggal ko si butterfly tapos ayaw mapush maya maya mag bilang nagpop out sa needle na blood tapos ayun pala yun. so naghanap ako ulit ng vein unfortunately 2 lang ang vein ko sa hand na pede tusukan. Panu kaya ako nito next sess ko. hala!

^hanap ka ng ibang vein sis marami yan. Kapa kapa ka lang basta alam mo kung san hahanapin. It takes a lot of patience to look for a good vein. Hydrate ka, tap tap mo yung vein, close open  your hand or flex flex mo yung arm para lumabas sila.

hi sissies....those with acidic skin like me...alternate non acidic vit c and acidic ones...if u can afford the non acidic ones drink atleast 1000-2000 mg in a day it will help lighten faster....i am using shiseido ibuki line now but sad to say i noticed my facial skin became pinkish red and more sensitive to light....i also noticed that everytime i try to bleach or whiten my skin from the outside with the help of whitening soaps from sellers,  kojic from derma or grocery,  those bleaching compound and even whitening lotions named from a top celebrity doctor ....i darken even more...im really wondering why...i think im a case of arte arte skin lols....for the past week that ive been sleeping better except today coz i slept the whole afternoon till night and its 3 am as im typing this...i noticed a certain glow and calm also i stopped those soaps ive been using for a month....and used body washes with moisturizing properties...olay, nivea and even the new palmolive, i also bought moisturizing creams and lotions from human nature, face shop butters, nivea and a secret lotion that i think is making me glow a bit more...i layer all this after every shower after mild scrubbing with salt and i feel like every after shower my dead skin ako natatangal even after the scrubs meron pa din...maybe thats the reason for my glow lately kasi i am exfoliated, moisturized, hydrated and rested...i also stopped my ice tea addiction and switched to lemon water or alkaline water whatever it does and it means hahaha....though im far from the skin of my dream i feel like im refreshed lately and glowing im still like nc 30 maxxed and im gonna be officially one year on gluta by the end of this month here is a link to my new pic taken yesterday

^sis allura, what's your ivg interval and dosage? Like every 2-3days double dose? Ganun ba regimen mo through out your 1 year on ivg? Or may times na nag-stop ka? What's your starting tone po? Thanks

Ok lang ba ito?: weekdays, every other day double dose, weekends, every day single dose(fri, sat, sun), and of course, drinking a lot of water. Hinahabol ko sana habang di masyado busy si bf.

hi sis....stopped only april 2nd then till may..started june again...sa folder sa photo bucket andian yung gluta history ko hangang b4 april....when im on it i inject 2-3 times a week double dose..when im tamad naman 1-2 times in double dosage...currently on germed 2 times in a week...plus non stop din sa glutacaps and all the supplements that help boost gluta...a friend who has been on gluta iv shorter than i have been is whiter and has way better results than me maybe due to her being genetically female hahaha, airconditioned setting due to her work as in 9 till 6 pm weekdays so she never sees the sun...grabe ang putiii nia....although she is makinis to start with like nc 30 pero like now para na siang nc 20 pero in just 6 months or less tamad pa mag gluta kasi manipis veins...also my derma friend ang daya saw her 3 days ago and with just glutacaps she is whiter like nc 42 starting nia sa mac and she is nc 30 na ngaun but whiter than me coz i am yellow toned skin hers was darker but she was able to glow and turn white lalo na sa mga hidden parts iba talaga...kaya honestly naiinis ako sa kanila hahaha
my results are real, slow paced and at times frustrating pag nakuha ko na ang skintone na gusto ko and change tangalin ko na yang mga sticker na yan hahaha

Shot again today  as per boyfie, nag-lighten na daw arms ko, nasunog kasi nung summer, walang payong, at sunblock except sa face. Last 2 vials na ng 2nd box ko, sana by third, bongga na effect sa face(darkest part). Iba talaga glow morning after ivg, kaya kung pwede lang i-everyday 
Anyone here naka-try na everyday? How was it? Kahit single dose lang.

I love gluta din kasi it really helped with my constipation, hindi nako move every 3 days, everyday na, at hindi na painful

Nag inject ako kagabi kahit nilalagnat ako. And today when i woke up i felt better na bumalik ulit appetite ko. I love gluta na talaga...

I finished 1 box of tationil na, nag stop ako ng more than a week yata in between. I can say, wala ko nakitang changes though i think it prevented my skin from getting darker...
