As for my experience kasi, sobrang bahain at traffic sa lugar na yun. though, ease nga lang sa transportation kasi malapit lang sya sa Manila.

You can find other places na good for house and lot parteng Imus or pa Gen. Trias.

Number one reason is because of transportation. easy access sya. since i'm working in makati and my husband works in Binondo. All parts of Bacoor ba binabaha?

last Habagat 2012 bumaha daw talaga sa Bacoor, areas ng SM, Camella, Andrea Village etc. Ok sana kasi mas malapit sa Manila, but please consider also yung traffic kasi talagang grabe ang traffic sa may Longos area papunta at pauwi.

I currently live in Imus now, mas madali ang transpo kasi may Cavitex. 30-45 minutes depende sa araw (Mondays and Wednesdays traffic talaga), nasa Roxas Blvd na ko.

maraming access naman papuntang Cavite. Before you buy a property make a thorough research first, mag house tripping kayo ni hubby before choosing a property.

Recently kumuha ako ng pre selling house and lot sa bacoor. Sabi naman ng iba bihira naman bumaha. Lancaster din kami kumuha nagustuhan ko kasi may school, mall and church na sa loob ng subdivision and mahigpit rin ang security.

Syempre i will recommend na my own developer, yung Charles Builders. Never encountered any headache with them. Try mo i search yung properties nila baka may magustuhan ka. I got a unit in Legian 2.

Wag ka na kumuha sa Lancaster sakit ng ulo, there's a thread about Profriends in pinoyexchange, read them muna then you will know why I advised you wag sa kanila.

at first gusto ko yung sa landcaster but due to bad feedback on profriends nag bago ang isip ko. in search ulit ako, dun sa camella imus gusto ko rin dun kaso mukhang panget din yung feedback sa kanila.

sis, sa legian 2 ako kumuha ng house. its along NIA road, brgy carsadang bago. advise ko lang, before you reserve, thorough research ka muna ha.. although wala naman perfect developer pero dun na tayo sa talagang hindi pasasakitin ulo mo. check mo yung boston heights, its in imus also.

Madaming new subdivision na tinatayo sa Mambog  Bacoor, for me ok naman ang place namin accessible kasi pwedeng sa Aguinaldo hi way or sa Molino Blvd ka sumakay. Madaming option papunta ng Manila, 30 mins. lang din going to Alabang.

Anyone tried tripping sa amaris homes in bacoor? Parang maganda din yung community na yun. Pero include ko rin talaga sa option ko yung legian 2 as referred by sis lovely_carrot.

How about Elysian? Parang gaganda ng house eh. It's in Anabu, imus, cavite, Malayo ba un?

I'm initially eyeing on bella vita by ayala in general trias kaso parang ang layo nun.

I'm also looking at Amaris homes bacoor. I know traffic and nagbabaha pero I think mag improve naman sa future LRT development I hope?

my sister lives in molino IV, bacoor (malapit sa sm molino). di naman binabaha sa area even nung ondoy. madaming pwedeng daanan (molino blvd, daang-hari, zapote)-- though itong mga daanan yata yung binaha.

very accessible sya if you're working in makati (around 1 hr including the traffic in alabang area) or the fort area since madami namang mga vans dun. yun lang traffic talaga esp pag pasukan pero during summer super smooth naman ang byahe

been to Legian a month ago and i got so disappointed, sobrang layo, ang sikip ng kalsada papasok sa area, tricycle lang ang pwedeng sakyan kung wala kang sariling sasakyan, and most of all parang over crowded na yung area. yung agent pa ng nag dala samin dun nuknukan ng sinungaling!

^sis, we got a townhouse din sa Amaris. We are on the process of paying the downpayment, 10th month na kami. Construction of the house ata will start this month kasi we bought a pre-selling unit. Sana ok rin talaga dun. Kasi mukhang community na community talaga ang dating. They just finished the construction of the chapel. Hopefully kahit 3rd quarter next year makalipat na kami.

sis lovely_carrot nakakuha rin kami sa legian 2. phase c kami na turn over yung bahay last october and may clearance to move in na kami last month. start kami construction sa feb..ipon ipon pa ng konti. hopefully makalipat na kami by april or march i would agree na napaka smooth ng transaction talaga with our developer. at advance pa ang turnover ng unit, expected kasi namin is by january pa pero last october pa lang nagawa na yung unit namin at na check na namin agad. kapitbahay pala tayo sis! baka may advise ka naman sa magandang school malapit sa legian? i have 2boys, elementary and preschooler
