I had my D&C last september. Naka-2 cycles na ako until now wala pa din BFP. Polycystic din kasi both ovaries ko. Sana this month meron na. Nakakadepress everytime dumadating si AF.

Hi sis, like you, may PCOS din ako pero right lang ata (basta isang side lang). Talk to your OB on what you could do para mas mabilis mabuntis. I had my D&C Oct 2013 and it took us til May 2014 para makabuo. Pero from Feb to May naka Clomid ako -- I was also on Metformin kasi talagang depressed na ako nung Feb 2014 and may cervical erosion pa ako so pag nagBD nagbbleed pa ako -- kala ko nga may cervical cancer pa!

Suggestion ng tita OB ko, lose weight (I had to lose about 5lbs), BD from day 10-20 every other day saka metformin. Kaya ginawa ko, naka Clomid na ako tapos nag kickboxing ako 3-4x a week, naghealthy diet, nag BD every other day from day 10 to 20 at nagpahilot din sa province. Sa totoo lang di namin alam ano ang nagwork basta lahat tinry ko na hehe!

Thank you sis. Yep naka-metformin ako now. Supposedly 3x a day kaso di ko kaya ang side effects sa tiyan ko. Hehe. Kaya nakaka-2x a day lang ako minsan kasi di ako nakaka-focus sa work maya maya nasa CR ako. Ano ang weight mo sis before ka na-preggy? Yung unang pregnancy ko yung nakunan, 1 try lang nabuntis ako. Ngayon 2 cycles since nag-try kami, wala.

^Sabi nung OB ko, it takes time to heal -- longer kung mas matagal kang preggy before. Ako naD&C ako ng 8th week eh. Sa Pinas nga ang taas nila magprescribe ng Metformin -- gusto ng tita OB ko 850mg 2x a day ako pero ang OB ko dito sa HK sabi hindi daw...500g per day lang ako at may period naman ako every month -- mild lang ang PCOS ko and maliit lang akong babae. Isa pa sis, hindi ko kaya ang effect ng mataas na metformin! Accidentally, nag Metformin ako 850mg 2x back in Sept 2013 (di ko alam na buntis ako nun) grabe, yun ang pinakamasamang pag-dumi ko...as in nakakapanghina! Pero normal naman daw yung effect na yun.

Kami naman nung una naka 3 months bago nabuntis tapos yung sunod 7 months na. Pero with Clomid yung last 4 months. Kung walang clomid, ewan ko kung nakabuo kami agad.

Weight ko noon nasa 117-120lbs tapos napababa ko siya to 112lbs tapos naggain ulit ako ng konti 115lbs nung mismong 1st OB appointment ko nung June (4w2d). 5 feet flat lang ako

Feeling ko nakaharap ako sa salamin sa description mo sis. Haha! 5 flat din ako, 115-120 lbs. Tapos mula nung mag-Metformin ako, nag-lose ako naging 110-112.

Sabi kasi nila pag naraspa daw mabilis magbuntis. Hindi naman. Haay.

Hehe ganun na ganun ka din pala! Try mo lahat sis...things na di naman masama gawin like BD 10th-20th day every other day (wag everyday) and just enjoy it -- wag isipin na dapat makabuo. Haha! Feeling nastress ako first 6 months at nung ika-7th sabi namin..bahala na! Tapos ayun, exercise and healthier diet -- wag pakagutom..just eat healthier food. Nag Whole30 (Paleo diet) ako nun, carbs ko galing sa gulay or sa kamote lang. Tapos buti may nahagilap ang mother-in-law ko na manghihilot sa province at di na ako nagheels after ko nagpahilot.

Nga pala, days before ako nagpahilot, dapat magkakaron ako...delayed na ako at sinabi ko sa tita OB ko at chineck niya ako kasi negative ako sa 3 PTs na eh (tamang tama easter holidays umuwi kami)! Ayun sabi niya paano daw ako magkakaron eh ang nipis ng lining ko. Tapos after 3 days nung ultrasound ko, hinilot ako sa province tapos kinabukasan ng pagkahilot saakin, nagkaron ako -- 5 days pa ang AF ko. Pagkabalik ko ng HK...haha di ako chinarge ng OB ko sa ultrasound kasi na-amaze siya sa nangyare pero di niya din maexplain.

I know napakaweird na magpapahilot pa...pero willing talaga kami itry ang lahat kasi nakakalungkot talaga...hugs sis! I know what you are going through..sana in the coming month or few months makita ka na din namin sa mga due date threads!

Yung nanghilot saakin sa Botolan Zambales, hindi naman masakit..pero medyo madiin siya. Although after nun, feeling ko magkaka-flu ako (mabigat pakiramdam) so buong afternoon natulog lang ako sa kubo tapos okay okay naman na kinagabihan. The next day balik na kami ng Manila.

Hi mga sis. I miscarried today. I'm 6 weeks 5 days pregant turning 7 weeks na sana. I was bleeding one week na. It was brown before, like spotting lang. It was like that for 2 days, after 3 days it was more like my normal period but it was brown. i didn't worry kasi it's normal naman daw kasi old blood lang daw yun. No clots. Until my 7th day of bleeding, it turned red, bright red but still no clots. I was soaking a full pad. I woke up today and i peed and i saw one big clot and two small ones. I knew i was miscarrying. I scheduled my check up today. And had TVU, my doc said i passed all of it and no need for raspa, but had to drink methergin so i'll pass all the clots remaining. I have to go back after 4 days for TVU again to check if everything's fine. Then my doc said i can have a baby two months from now. I just want to share this experience, maybe it could help anyone. My pregnancy with my eldest at 24 years old was smooth. I became pregnant after 6 years with my 2nd but had miscarriage at 8 weeks. I notice a dot of blood in my liners as i  super small lang. My mom who is an OB but practicing in the province asked me to see by OB here in Manila. I complied, she did IE and said wala naman daw. She ordered TVS and we found out no heartbeat. I was so devastated. My mom said we will just wait for it to pass out with help of meds it did after 3 days so no raspa for me. I had to do several TVS after that. After my miscarriage, I had a heart attack. I was back in the hospital and they were considering APAS and block sa artery. 2nd was positive so I had to go through angioplasty at Heart Center. and had to be on medications for 1 full year so getting pregnant was a NO NO. 2 mnths after my miscarriage, I had LAP CHOLE. I had to deal with severe anemia for 1 year.. After treating my anemia. I had to do the APAS test before planning any pregnancy. I had to do it twice as the 1st one was inconclusive. After 2 years of whirlwhind and in and out of the hospital. I am now on my 28th week of pregnancy with another baby girl. But 2 months along the way I was adv on full month bedrest because of bleeding. But thankfully our little one is a fighter.

Had been diagnosed with blighted ovum last Nov. 2015 and need to undergo D&C. I cried for the angel who never had a chance.

After that I was thinking if magpapa-ligate na ako or not. I really want to have 4 children. Then my OB advised me take pills so my hormones will be balanced and in preparation for my next pregnancy if I really want to have another child. After 6 months I found out I was pregnant again and this time tuloy na talaga sya. And finally last week I gave birth to a healthy baby boy.

Mga sis who have miscarriage, don't be frustrated, in time God will give you child you really want. may reasons ang lahat ng bagay.

I miscarried din last August. Embryonic Demise hatol ng OB. 10w by LMP. Hindi na sya nagkaheartbeat. Nagbleed ako one morning then D&C na afternoon same day din. Sabi ng OB ko let me heal lang for 2 weeks para iwas infection then we can try na ulit agad-agad. Mas ok nga daw pag within 3 months kasi malinis pa matres ko. We BD'd after 2 weeks, mejo mahapdi pa so sabi ko sa husband ko pass muna. After ng period ko (which was a long 40-day cycle) na yung next BD. Then another period after that. Ayun after 2 cycles, nakabuo din ulit kami. No meds pero continuous yung folic ko and then Centrum with Zinc ni hubby (recommended din ni OB). I'm 13 weeks now. Taking the usual meds plus aspirin and Gestrone na 200mg vaginal insert. Hopefully, uneventful tong pregnancy na to.

hmmm I just lost my baby watermelon last 02/20 of this year at 8w1d with no fetal heartbeat or no cardiac activity.. sobrang devastating sa part ko and syempre sa family ko... iyak kami ng iyak ng mom ko and disappointed si hubby since he is working abroad nagkaron lang ako ng dark brown spotting then after 2 days I consulted my OB and confirmed it na wala na ...missed abortion ang nangyare saken hmmm hindi pa ko nagbi-bleed til now.. 8 days na kong walang bleeding kasi closed pa yung cervix ko.. ang mahal pala mag pa D&C  girls.. wala bang natural remedy para lumabas nalang lahat? sabi kasi ng OB ko may natitira daw kasi minsan kapag natural abortion and one question din po... when po ulit mag reresume ang regular period ko? ayon kasi kay google after D&C or abortion 4-6 weeks pa bago maging normal yung body cycle.

hello everyone! i am an expectant mom and we (baby and me) are in our 17th week now. I got pregnant last week ng June pero May 8 this year din nakunan ako at 6 weeks. After a month, I already had my period. But God is sooo good and He is full of grace kaya eto nasa second trimester na kami. Sana magtuloy tuloy na.

I felt the pain of losing a child kahit pa ilang weeks pa yan. I am sorry with moms and/or moms to be who are in this thread. I hope that soon you'll have your miracle soon. God bless everyone.

We lost our first at 7 weeks and had a d&c in Aug 2017, which went smoothly. The doc was pretty laid back and said the next will probably be ok, but gave me an option to test for APAS. My period came back 6 weeks later and I got pregnant right away before we could decide to do the test. I am now 13 weeks with 2 healthy tvs. Hearing that APAS can still lead to stillbirth at 2nd trimester makes me uneasy, and am thinking if i should take the tests now just in case or just let this pregnancy go on (made it this far w/o meds).

Im 27 years old na po, mag 1 year na po akong kasal -and nakakasad lang nakaka 2 times na po akong miscarriage una, di ko alam na miscarriage na ako 1 buwan ako dinugo nagpacheck up ako then sabi ng ob namiscarriage ako then ayun start ako ng pills kaso d ko na tinuloy kasi feeling ko lagi ako stress. Tas eto pangalawa, last august 2018 preggy po ulit ako pacheck up ako, hanggang sa 4weeks dinugo ako at d nila makita ang embryo ng ob ko.. hanggang sa nawala na ulit si baby. sobrang sakit. Parang nakakatrauma parang ayaw mo na ulit magkababy kasi baka mangyari nanaman un. Haysss. Pero gusto ko na po talaga magkababy, kaso d ko po alam kung ano gagawin para maging ligtas magiging baby ko. Pwede po ba ako magpahilot para tumaas ang matress? Hindi ba delikado?

Sis Amei23, anung sabi ng OB mo tungkol sa cause ng miscarriage? Ako, naka 2 miscarriage din. 4 weeks tapos 8 weeks. Preggy na uli ako, 18 weeks na.

Nagpatest ako sa APAS dahil sabi ng OB ko posible yun yung cause. Negative result naman. Accidentally, nabuntis uli ako after 1 cycle following the 2nd miscarriage and my OB told me to take aspirin because she suspected that my placenta did not fully form in the past. The aspirin was supposed to help and it did! Duphaston ako nung buong 1st trimester pampakapit.

Ngayong 2nd trimester, naka aspirin pa rin ako tapos Hemarate FA at Obimin Plus.
Pray ka lang at magpa consult sa doctor. Yung hilot, malalaman nila yung mababa ang matres pero di ko sure kung kaya nilang ayusin yun.
