When my daughter was really small - like less than two weeks old - I preferred the tie sides. Mas madali kasi isuot. Ilalatag lang yung onesie then patong si baby. Parang kakatakot kasi magsuot ng onesie (through the head) at that time kasi feeling ko very fragile si baby esp sa neck and head. although, both naman din ginamit namin sa first month - onesies tsaka tiesides. 3wks to one month ni baby, nagsikipan na yung tiesides nya, mahirap na isuot sa kamay, so itinabi na namin and mainly onesies na gamit nya. And sando.

Mukha ngang mas magandang gumamit ng onesies kaysa sa tie sides, parang mas madaling kaliitan ang tie sides. Buti nalang kaunti lang ang tie sides na nabili ko. If hindi uubra ang mga tie sides na nabili namin will go for onesies.

Tuck pads for relief down there, thats if you will have a normal delivery. May witchhazel kasi yun. Better ata yung dermoplast for postnatal care. Neosporin naman is antibiotic, you use that for wounds, scrape etc. No need na for neosporin imo, i have that pero well my ob never told me to put anything.

Target and walmart. Dunno if its available locally. What you can do is buy witchhazel from healthy options, put some on your sanitary napkin.. works just the same.

^^sis, san ka nakabili tucks? Tagal ko na naghahanap, may nahanap ako local seller, pero di ngrereply. Chineck ko amazon and ebay meron, pero US.

I purchased my Tucks pads from Amazon and had it shipped here. Alternative is soaking cotton pads with witchhazel and putting them in a layer on top of your napkin. I wouldn't recommend putting with hazel in your napkin coz it will just be absorbed by the napkin and not your skin. You can purchase witch hazel from Healthy Options. I just like Tucks as I used it in my first delivery and you can put the whole container in the ref - it's nice a soothing to put the cold pads while recovering.

As for neosporin, I found that it helped my stiches heal faster (NSD delivery). With my daughter I used the Tucks pads and neosporin (along with betadine wash) and was fully healed in 2 weeks. Mind you I had a 3rd degree tear pa.

Neosporin you can buy na locally at mga PCX stores.

Lansinoh I also bought on Amazon but turns out I bought a tiny tube lang, so ordered from Savy Mommy. Cheapest that I've found so far.

Ohhh forgot to include...i also have a plastic squeezable condiments bottle. To spray water when i pee! Hahaha it helps relieve the sting in case of episiostomy/tears

Mga sis ask ko lang, enough na kaya ang isang pack (5pcs) na disposable undies? How about maternity pads? Iba pa ba yung underpad? Yung sister ko mas ok daw na adult diaper na lang dalhin ko kesa disposable undies and maternity pads, kaya lang parang di ako comfortable sa adult diaper.

How about towel ni baby, kelangan din ba magdala? Parang wala kasi ako nakikita sa mga previous post na nagdala ng towel or receiving blanket is enough na.

I suggest madaming underpad para na din di palit ng palit ng bedsheet.. Tapos ako, 1 days nag adult diaper, lalo na for first day, kasi madami talaga blood. But came second day naka maternity pad na lang ako, mahina na kasi, parang mas malakas pa nung nagkakaron ka.

Yes NSD nakaapat ako first day. Kasi kahit di puno gugustuhin mo din magpalit talaga hygienic reasons.
