Hi sis, nung nanganak ako, hindi ko nagamit ang maternity pad kasi Dr. P na adult diaper ang pinabili nung midwife. Cs kasi ako. Yung ang ginagamit nila dun sa hospital.

Ano brand ng maternity pad ginamit ninyo and may maternity pad ba na with wings kasi yung nakita ko lahat without wings.

Hi sis, modess ang binili ko. Lahat ng maternity pad walang wings. Pero adult diaper ang ginamit ko nung nanganak ako. Cs kasi.

I'm on my 17th week and may list na ako. OC mode lang hehe! Mine will fit a small suitcase and kay hubby just enough for his backpack. Siguro mag pack na ako pag 7 months na.

Mommies, question din po. First time soon to be mom here Im on my 12th week and as early as now, im already preparing my list (buti nang OC kesa mataranta ako pag malapit na). Ok lang ba na gumamit si baby ng hand me downs na newborn clothes? Like yung tie sides, marami kasi sa compound namin at siblings ko na recently had their first born. Wag na daw ako bumili kasi mabilis makalakihan ni baby. Naisip ko practical nga yun pero ok nga lang ba sa health ni baby?

Hindi ako nakabili ng binder last time ang ang mahal sa hopsital kaya hindi ako bumili.. Net, hindi ako gumamit. I had NSD. But this time, gusto ko na bumili

Maternity pads and underpads din dadalhin ko, gusto ko nga sana disposable underwear nalang para walang laba laba ng panty, feeling ko bloody show eh. hehe.

^ sis, di ka magdadala ng feeding bottles? My friends are insisting i bring a few even though i said breastfeeding advocate yun Chinese Gen. Just in case i won't get milk daw agad.

I'm also planning to bring a bathrobe/dressing gown pag may visitors. Also on my list:

Pacifier (in case I get my baby circumcised during our stay)
Disposable underwear
Socks (I tend to get cold sa hospital)
Blanket
Bath towel
Rubber slippers

I'd leave home the following:
Cotton (I'll use wipes sa hospital)

Binder (feeling ko this can wait til 2 weeks unless CS)

Thanks sa reply sis! oo nga kinontrata ko na mga relatives hehe. nga pala, share ko lang din. para sa mga nagpeprepare pa ng hindi pwede hiramin na gamit, may baby sale ang SM babies, all branches sept 1-30

^^Sis CGH ako nanganak a week a ago and no need to bring feeding bottles. They will teach you how to breastfeed naman at just in case wala talaga lumabas, I think you can request sa nursery ng breastmilk. Hayaan mo lang maglatch si baby para lumabas yun milk. Sabi ng nurses dun not so visible pa daw talaga milk pero as long as nglalatch si baby may nakukuha sila.

Hindi ako bumili ng binder feeling ko kasi NSD naman ako pero sa kasamang palad naCS ako. Meron naman sila binebenta at yun na lang binili at ginamit ko.

^ thanks, sis! Hindi ako clear sa mga things that CGH will provide vs what i need to bring for baby. Tama ba na i don't need to provide baby wash? How about baby towel and clothes? Balak ko 2 sets of clothes lang dalhin for baby kasama na dun yun going home outfit. Pero say na-CS ako at hindi agad ma-discharge from hospital, magprovide ba sila ng baby clothes? Or ako na bahala sa clothes pag nag-room in na? TIA sa sagot!

hi sis share lang advise ng OB ko..not to use disposable diaper agad..mas better daw if cloth diaper muna, hindi pa naman daw kasi sobrang dami pag magwiwi ang baby..

^Yup sila na bahala sa baby wash ni baby. I think kasama naman yun babayaran mong baby kit na ibibigay. As long as hindi pa room-in si baby sila na bahala sa damit. They will ask for baby's clothes once iroom-in na sya. Just bring bath towel kasi papaliguan nila si baby kahit nakaroom-in na.
