@keisha, i received small packages from philippines, US and china. never pa rin naman kaming may binayaran. and since wala naman kami sariling p.o box, laging sa company p.o box namin ni hubs naka-address. so inaabot na lang ng PRO namin samin ang box hehe. pero small boxes lang ito ha. yung last package kasi ng sister ko sakin from the phils, she paid around php 1000 for 1kg.

^ same here sis. dito ko usually pinapadeliver sa office. minsan kasi nahihirapan silang ipadala sa house, pero natry ko na din pero mas hirap silang hanapin. yes, 1k+ per kilo ang EMS from pinas to UAE. tapos additional amount per half kilo

Hi mga sis! Question po, ano mga requirements needed kung gusto akong i-apply ni hubby ng husband visa? and what documents do I need to prepare? He wants me to be in UAE na po kasi by december. And i need to prepare my documents. TIA!

^ as far as i remember, marriage contract at birth certificate ko lang. pero parang marriage contract lang ang pinadala ko sa uae embassy para matatakan. pero naka red ribbon naman ang birth cert ko pero di ko na ata to pinadala sa uae embassy. do you have kids?

^thanks for the reply sis! No, we dont have kids yet.. kaya kailangan ko ng sumunod, para makababy hehe.. so yung birth certificate ko, need ko pa din ipadala sa DFA and pa-attest sa UAE embassy?

^ sa pagkakaalala ko, yung birth certificate ko hindi ko na pinadala sa UAE embassy pero pina red ribbon ko. yung marriage contract lang namin ang pinadala ko sa UAE embassy at birth cert ng anak ko.

^I haven't tried this, but was planning to... kaso mas mabusisi ito kesa sa husband's visa.  From what I heard may specific profession lang pwede (engineer, doctor, teacher, etc.) although may nagsabi din sa akin na salary-based daw ito (10,000AED and above) mas malaki salary requirement compared to husband's visa. 

I did not pursue this plan kase wala rin naman akong tenancy contract right now and with the rent for apartments going up nowadays medyo napapaisip ako if it's the right move.  Besides hubby worked here for more than 8yrs so mas madali na i-visit visa ko na lang sya. 

If ever you have the correct info Sis, please share ha.

Sis add ko lang sa requirements that your hubby needs to prepare naman - NOC from his company and Salary Certificate na rin, Tenancy Contract (if company accommodation, then he needs to get a letter from the company saying na provided ang accommodation niya, maybe this can be in the NOC and salary certificate na rin).

Sis simplykristine08, naalala ko lang yung officemate ko kase whenever he renews his wife and kids' visa they go for a medical check up, ganyan din ba sa yo? Another question, did you go here na visit visa or straight away residence visa? pasensya na naguguluhan lang talaga ako on how things are done regarding this residence visa thing.

^ hi sis! i'm not sure about renewal ha. all i know is hindi na ata ganun kahigpit kung renewal nalang unlike pag bagong vivisahan talaga. last year lang kame sumunod dito sis, husband visa agad ako so hindi na ko dumaan ng visit. kaya sa immigration walang tanong tanong. direcho na kaagad kasi hindi sila mahigpit sa ganito. pagdating ko dito, saka ako nag medical, si baby wala ng medical eh. my first time here in dubai, visit visa ako. naka tatlong immigration officer ako (3 lang talaga ang open that time) buti napayagan ako sa last officer or else denied ako sa tatlo, kundi di ako nakaalis that time. hehe.

@adikako, yung sister ng friend ko vinisahan nya ang hubby nya. but that was 2 yrs ago pa ata. di pa sila kahigpitan sa tenancy contract. pero nakailang balik cya sa residency department and naka-ilang officers hanggang sa ina-approve na lang hehe.

@myealexis, i understand all visa renewal kelangan magpa-medical except sa kids. my MIL is under hubby's sponsorship, yearly renewal so yearly medical din.

^Nung nagvisit visa ka dalaga ka pa lang or kasal ka na? Grabe talaga ang mga IO natin sa Pinas. 

Tama Sis di naman mahigpit sa renewal, and the medical check up is just one of the routine.  Although let's be careful na rin kase I know someone who got sent home to Pinas kase nakita sa medical check up niya na may Hepa B sya.  Don't know how she got it kase hindi naman yan basta basta nahahawa di ba?

So Sis yung residence visa, yun yung pink copy lang muna di ba, tapos after nung medical mo saka lang ilalagay dun sa passport? tama ba? Sensya na dami ko tanong hehe. Thanks!

^naku sis hindi ko alam hehe. pero sure akong hindi cya engineer or teacher or doctor hehe. tiyaga lang nyang i-apply ng i-apply hehe. ngayon hindi ko alam if under pa rin sa kanya visa ng hubby nya.. makikitsismis ako minsan sa friend ko haha

hi sis tinanong ko yung officemate ko vinisahan din nya kasi husband nya eto yung mga sinabe nya na kailangan:
red ribbon nyo daw marriage cert nyo
salary certificate mu ng arabic
labour contract
passport
tas iaaply na sa immig dito.
salary above 5k *daw ata hindi na nya maalala*
category nya lang is archive clerk pero accountant sya buti na lang PRO namen may kakilala dun sa immig ayun nakalusot,2years ago na yun sis kaya wala pang tenancy ek ek na yan tas last year inapply nya yung anak nya hindi na nakalusot sabe nya depende din talaga sa nag aaprove dun.
