Sad to hear your story. Well, matunog na talaga yung name ni Jetca with too many complains. If you really wanted Ibarra's Garden as your reception area since sabi mo baka Ermita or Malate Church kayo, pwede mo i-raise yung concern na yan sa Events Manager, kay Ms.Hope, then they will transfer your account sa ibang AE which I think na more professional. Madami na talaga nagrereklamo sa kanya. Ibarra's Garden b2b din ako, pero masasabi ko na okay naman yung ibang AEs dun maliban lang kay Jetca.

So you may want to reconsider IG with other AE.

sis pogi02 actually we finally booked plaza Ibarra and let go of ibarras garden. Mas accommodating and friendly ang AEs dun and hindi namen nafeel na namata kami. And I'm very happy with our decision. Church hunting near the venue na lang ang sunod namen gawin. We have to let go of Ermita church din. Pero happy na ko sa Plaza Ibarra.

@rizzie sis I'll share with you if may makita or mahanap along portfolio nila. I'll contact Portia of Villa Ibarra din since sya AE namin. I already booked the following Suppliers for our Dec 11, 2016 wedding (Hindi kami mapamahiin so okay lang 11 Na date hehe):

Venue: Villa Ibarra
Church: The Transfiguration Chapel, Caleruega
Wedding Rings: E & C Jewelry
HMUA: Mary Letim
P/V: Vignette Photo (papalitan namin because I don't like their recent shots na)

hannahling, the only person I could think na magrereport nyan is someone who knows Jetca personally or Jetca herself. Well, too bad for her, I think madami na rin naman nakabasa nito. Also, this thread is for b2bs/couples who wanted to share their experiences with their wedding suppliers. Not for those "intruders".

Feel free lang to post mapa-good or negative feedback pa yan. It's our right as GTalker anyway.

Congrats if nabawasan na ang stress mo with regards to AE. Madaming church na malapit sa area mo. Kung wala nga lang venue fee ang Plaza Ibarra, I would go for them, but 60k is too much for the rental so ni-let go namin yun.

So far we are happy naman with Ibarra's Garden, wala pa kaming problema. Medyo worried lang since wala na yung magagaling at mababait na AEs dun. So our account will be transferred to another AE. But I will make sure, our account will never ever be handled by that AE with too many complaints.

Hi sis. Ibarra's garden ako last December. At first we were still doubting sa place dahil sa location niya pero our reception turned out amazing there naman
I just wanted to share my experience na AE ko si Jetca and she was very warm and accommodating sa amin. Ang bilis mag follow through and wala naman akong nakita na problema sa kanya

hala nagworry naman ako. IG b2b din ako and si Ms. Jetca na assign samin kasi nagresign yung dating AE ko. Sayang nga kasi sobrang ok na kausap. Although hinde ko pa nakakausap yung bago naming AE. hinde ko nabasa yung story about sa kanya...nabura na ata..what happened ba sis? bakit hinde siya ok?

@iameynjhel sis true! Ang bilis ng panahon at isipin ko lang yan nakakastress na! Haha! Madami pa ko kulang. All-Inclusive yung kinuha naming package sa Villa Ibarra pero di ko alam if need ko pa din magbook ng L/S since basic sound system lang meron sa package. I don't know ano difference. Same goes to their reception set-up if need pa ba ng stylist or too simple yung styling nila.

Sis @iameynjhel thanks for your suggestion to look for Yazmin. I talked to her and I got her quotes. We're getting a backdrop, 8K yung bigay nya skin. Magdadala brother ko ng  16pcs na mood lights so bale sound system na lang kukunin ko.

Sis @iameynjhel gusto ko nga magrequest ng flowers na type ko pero if aakyat sya ng mga 10k for the backdrop baka upgrade na lang ng flowers sa guests at vip tables ipagawa ko. Yun backdrop baka ipagawa ko na lang sa IL Fiore, mas type ni h2b backdrop na pinakita nila sakin, 12k nga lang pero imported flowers na gamit.

hello sisses, nag-inquire ako sa ibarra's garden 2 weeks ago and for me okay naman si jetca or baka nagbago na? as in dame kong nakuhang freebies sa kanya and andameng nawaived na charges pero I didn't book there kase mejo malayo samen and most of our guests are from qc kaya we booked sa plaza ibarra nalang. good thing is nameet muna namen si jetca before sa ae ko sa plaza kase nung nag-inquire kame sa plaza halos ayaw kameng bgyan ng freebies ng ae ko kaya pinakita ko pa yung printed form ng freebies na binigay saken ni ms. jetca...pero ang hirap humirit talaga sa ae ko...unlike kay ms jetca na yes lang ng yes. natawa pako sa pagpapawaive ko ng fee sa lechon kase kahit tatlong lechon pa daw wala ng fee pero sa plaza diko mapawaive ang fee sa lechon...

December 2015 Ibarra's Garden bride here. Jetca was our AE. First AE namin was Almira but she was reassigned to another position so we were transferred to Jetca. I think depende sa usapan nyo. I was very specific with details ng mga gusto ko mangyari. I did not experience any negative experience with her naman. She even answers my queries even if wala sya sa office. On the day of the wedding sya pa nga ang nag asikaso sa amin. making it sure that we eat and attend to our needs.

Sis @iameynjhel yes nacontact ko na sa Cleo's 6K daw yung gusto kong backdrop. Actually yun din problem ko if pwede mamili kasi di ko type flowers nila.
