Hi sisses,sana meron ako kaparehas na dilemma dito.yun baby ko exclusive breastfeeding siya for 6mos.kasi dati stay at home mom lang ako.e ngayon na kailangan na uli magwork.ano kaya pwede milk niya,aside from solid foods..dati kasi try ko na bonna,nestogen..ayaw niya tapos nacoconstipate.un din dahilan kung bakit di ko na train siya i bottle feed..any same situation?tpos anong milk na pang 6mos.ang naging ok naman kay baby.sana iyung may box trial size lang atleast pag di humiyang,hindi naman sayang ang gastos..TIA:)

Sis sa mga friends ko nagBF for the first 6 months, napansin ko sa kanila, puro NAN ang nirecommend ng pedias nila... Closest sa breastmilk daw kase ang NAN.

you might also want to consider expressing your milk instead of giving formula milk. a lot of moms are able to exclusively breastfeed even if they are working.

i agree with purple girl.  sayang naman na pure breastfed siya tpos ifoformula mo. try mo magbreast pump and store it sa freezer.  even in the office may ibang moms na nagpupump pa rin. aside sa health benefits na makukuha ng baby mo sobrang laking tipid. ang gastos ng formula  (based from experience kc before mag1 year baby ko, kulang na supply so i decided to mix formula with bf, magastos)

sobrang nkakatipid when you're expressing bm. that's what i did nung times that i need to go out ng madalas but now that my supply is no longer enough i gave formula milk na.

re formula milk/milk supplement, my baby girl is into s26 for the 1st 2 months of her life then she started refusing to it. i tried enfa a+, ilang weeks lang rin umayaw na sya. we even came to a point na ayaw nya na sa bottle, she'll just use it kung water ang laman. so ending exclusive bf kami. when she was about to turn 6 i tried expressing my milk to train her into her bottes again. at first ayaw nya until i tried avent natural. eto lang yung bottle na nagustuhan nya ( so take note factor rin kung anong bottle ang gamit mo for a sucessful transition from bm to fm ). almost 2 weeks syang nakabottle-feed ng bm ko and then i introduced Promil Gold. at 1st i tried mixing it with BM pa for smooth transition but then ayaw nya. akala ko ayaw nya ng promil gold pero yun pala ayaw nya ng magkamix. gusto nya kung BM, BM lang. kung FM, FM lang. direct feeding kami sa gabi, sayang kasi may bm pa naman ako pero hindi sya nacoconfuse sa nipples

mga sis, maganda [textspeak!] enfapro a+, medyo pricey but the price is really worthy.. un ang gamit ni baby q ngaun and he's healthy [textspeak!], so so chubby not so thinny.. sakto [textspeak!]
