1. Take voice and guitar lessons and be able to perform for an audience -- Puede rin na may bayad hehe bec. I would not label it as work or career though since I'd perform only when I want. NO stress kahit performance level. -- Talent ata kailangan dun but training won't hurt. lol
2. Learn another language : Chinese, French or Spanish (So I can teach my kid and or if he wants to take it up then we can have conversations).
3. Be a visual artist, may it be painting or sculpting etc. (again, talent ang kailangan but training won't hurt)

Wow! is there such a thing as - wala kang work and you don't need to? hehe

Sometimes kasi kapag wala kang work, exponential din ang naiisip mong gastos.

Currently I don't have work.  Nakakainis na masarap. Kasi I can attend all the gym classes I want. I can enroll to this and that, research here and there, yung mga gusto ko gawin dati nung may work ako pero di ko magawa. (ay oo nga, I just bought my first mobile phone! naks hehe - ngayon lang nagkatime magresearch and all)  Pero travel?  I realllly realllly want to, pero nakokonsyensya pako.  I feel guilty if I travel, and splurge, nanghihinayang ako kasi bata pa naman ako (as far as I know hahaha) so kahit papano I am not sure what the future holds. 

So there, I am enjoying as much as I can now, but I want to balance it din as I do not know what can happen in the future. I enjoy working. I really do, so maybe if I come to a point na I do not need to work na FOREVER, I will still be working, something to do definitely as I cannot just not do anything.

Kung mayaman ako na hindi ko na kailngan mag trabaho, mag ttravel ako kung saan saan at mag sspend ng bonggang oras ko kasama ang mommy ko at anak ko. Tapos charity work din at mag eenroll ako sa mga courses na gustong gusto ko pero hindi ko mapag tuunan ng pansin kase wala akong pera at nag wowork ako.

I asked this question a lot when I was working.

I am not working now (have been unemployed for nearly a year now) so here are the list of things that I have been doing:

Study: Going really well
Learn new skills: Going really well, but need room for improvement
Work on a language: I confess that I am not so good at this now, but this is my resolution in 2015
Lose weight: For three months I did really well, but for a number of reasons I gained a lot of weight.  I will do better in 2015
Set up and run a business: Originally this was going well, but I lost a lot of steam and haven't done anything for several months now, and considering going back to the 9-5 corporate world for some time while I get my confidence back
Travel: Aimed NOT to travel since I travelled so much and didn't save up
Savings: It's difficult to build savings so I've made adjustments. Also had a lot of debt to pay off. I have been reading a lot of books on personal finance and I aim to be better.

Not working means having a lot of time. But it can also be challenging mentally, financially and emotionally.  I am still looking for full-time work, but I don't want to be in the 'rat race' so I am working on being financially independent.
