Vitamin C

For the longest time I have been taking Poten Cee Time Release na 1000mg. Ok sya kasi Time Release, meaning hindi mo naiihi agad and nastore sa body for the whoe day utilization ng Vitamin C.

Ako yung chewable vitamin C from S&R.

I used to take sodium ascorbate before (Fern-C and the like) pero natakot ako, baka magkaroon ako ng kidney stones in the long run because of the excess sodium.

I'm taking Amway Nutrilite Acerola C. It's better to be organic kasi yung ibang vit c ay synthetic e. Mahal kasi nang usana kaya I shift to Acerola C.

Sis, how much yang Ad-C plus? Organic ba?

^sis nakalimutan ko exact price ng Ad-C around 5-6 pesos/capsule yata. Ako kasi Ad-C Plus na tinake ko para  may Zinc na. Kasi my friend na napansin ko ang bilis magheal ng mga scars niya nagtatake ng generic na zinc. So para makatipid ok sakin Ad-C PLUS. Kaso its not organic.

I am a mother of 3 kids and I really like the effects of Bewell-C. Other Vitamin-C give my children stomach acid pain, but not Bewell-C specially since its super affordable and they even give freebies in mercury drug stores

Okay ang Poten Cee kasi timed release 'yun. Nag-shift lang ako sa Puritan's pride kasi mas mura kahit branded. 'Yun nga lang hindi timed release. Kapag nagte-take ako nito, ayos naman hindi ako sinisikmura. Saka kapag nararamdaman kong pasakit na ang lalamunan ko, i take 2000mg a day, ayun hindi natutuloy ang ubo ko. O kaya naman, sipunin o ubuhin man ako, sandali lang. Walang effect sa akin ang 500mg.

'Yung rhea naman, akala ng nanay ko nagpapabili ako. Eh tinanong ko lang sa kanya kung bakit ayaw n'ya nun, hindi kasi agad dumating ang delivery nito dito. Hahaha sayang naman kung hindi namin iinumin 'yun. Dalawang tablet ang iniinum ko everyday, naka-stock na muna yung isang bottle ng puritan's pride. Buti hindi rin ako sinisikmura dito.

ako i just drink whatever is available. one time i even drank those i purchased from a hospital pharmacy na piso lang per tab hahaha. i drink 1000mg though when my friends  found that out they laughed and said na there's only a certain amount of vit c being absorbed and the excess is just flushed out by the body lol. but di naman ako nakinig and still took the same dose, maybe it's a psychological thing din haha.
