Can you choose which vaccines to give to your baby?

Sorry I may have asked a similar question in other 2 threads but since it'a a different question, i might as well create a new topic. I am having my first baby in 2 months and have been reading articles about vaccines. Of course doctors won't say anyting about them. Andaming vaccine ngayon nakakalito. I am planning to give my baby all vaccines until I read this:

When you give birth, there are some vaccines that are given to the baby as a matter of procedure (in some countries, mandatory). Upon discharge (if you are to give birth in SG) you will be given a baby book that indicates what vaccines have been given at birth and the immunization schedule. The booklet contains the suggested timing/schedule when a particular vaccine needs to be administered.

While it is definitely up to you whether or not to vaccinate your baby (and of course awareness about the vaccines is important), think about what the consequences will be if you don't vaccinate. At the moment, there is no definitive cause for SIDS whereas the specific illnesses that the vaccines are meant to fight against are very serious, deadly, infectious etc.
