Fertilaid lang ako. Si hubby fertility blend. Then nadelay ako ng 2weeks. Pero nega lahat ng test ko. Nagmetformin ako para magkamens nako.. may pcos kase ako eh. 500mg 3x a day. Tapos sinasabayan ko rin ng prenatal vits (molvite). 3rd week of metformin nagpositive ako. Kanina lang ako nagtest. Goodluck!

First time ko mag visit ng ob kanina. Ang binigay lang sa akin na gamot ay vitamin e once a day. Ang nakalimutan ko lang itanong ay kung hangang kailan ko iinumin yun hehe. Balik daw kasi ako after 3 months. Pag di pa daw ako nabuntis irefer na nya ko infertility doctor. Pag tingin ko sa reseta kanina 15 pcs. so bale 15 days lang ako iinom nun ganoon kaya yun.

hi mga sis, aside sa folic acid nag take  ako once a day ng 500mg na cranberry kasi prone ako sa UTI.

may side effect kaya yun pag TTC?
 TTC kami since MArch, and plan naming pa check up after December.
mahirap lang kasi nasa ibang bansa, mostly dito Arabs and Indians.

Hi sis HMisabelle nagtatake kami ng Usana essentials and coquinone ni hubby. Actually kakasimula pa lang namin yesterday. Ang napansin ko agad is mahimbing ang tulog, regular na bowel movement, madalas mag-fart ng walang amoy at madalas magwiwi (to detoxify). Try namin for 28 days kasi iyong essentials may 2 bottles sya (1 anti oxidant plus 1 chelated minerals) 2 tabs each taken during morning and evening after meal. Tapos iyong conquinone once a day (during lunch time after meal). As of now, that's my observation. May nakapagsabi kasi sa akin na TTC din na nagtry nito in 2 months nabuntis agad with proper diet and exercise. Medyo pricey nga lang pero worth it naman kung makabuo hindi ba. May mga sis ba tayo dito na nagtake nito at nabuntis? Kindly share naman your experience. Thank you!

^i think naka 3 months kami ni hubby neto sis, meron pa din kami ngayon pero ako a month ago nagstop na ata. Parang di ata ako nahiyang. I am taking Folic acid now.

Sis, my bubby has low sperm count, motility and liquefaction rate. All increased after taking fertilaid men with motility boost. 3 months cya nag take tapos ang ganda na ng test results nya.  We bought from Olx.

5 days na kami nagttake ni hubby ng usana. yung friend ko kasi na 7 years na ttc ay nabuntis na this march with the help of usana. ang dami na nila tests na pinagdaanan pero di pa din sila nakabuo. uminom lang sila ng usana at di talaga nagwork up last month pero voila! nabuo first baby nila. kaya naencourage ako na itry. sana mageffect sa amin ni hubby. yung infertility package ang kinuha namin. essentials, coquinone at biomega. makikita agad ang results. sarap ng tulog namin ni hubby sa gabi and di kami mabilis mapagod throughout the day. medyo gumanda din skin ko. hehe. sana effective ito.

nag take narin kami ni hubby ng usana for how many months narin. kaso essentials muna. minsan lang kami nag take ng biomega at coquinone.. mahal kasi sila hehe.. so far, royal jelly muna take namin. then si hubby nagte take din ng rogin-e, ako naman ayfolic acid.
fertile week ko ngan, nataon na may royal jelly ako tinetake. ilang days palang so far ang sakit na agad ng balakang ko at i can say na feeling ko nangingitlog ako haha.. at ang dami ko rin white mucus.

I had three cycles of fertility pills (2 cycles of letrozole and 1 cycle with clomiphene). Kaso I got drained and sobrang nadidisappoint lagi sa negative results. So we tried to stop muna and just enjoy without the pressures of TTC.

Due to sis bettebette's recommendation, I looked for fertilaid for women and fertility blend for men. Unfortunately out of stock sa wellnessdepot nung fertilaid, so I just bought fertility blend for men and women. Nafeel ko na nagovulate ako and I was so surprised to see a bfp when I randomly checked using my last pt (nag-ubos lang ng stock). We're now 10w pregnant   

Siguro other factors which caused the pregnancy:
- Nagbawas ako uminom ng coffee. If hindi kaya umiwas at least one cup a day lang.
- The three cycles of fertility pills probably helped to remove my pcos
- Started doing low impact exercises and eating more veggies
- Less stress during BD kasi spontaneous lang

I'm not promising anything for fertility blend, at mahal sya naka 5800 ako for two bottles na good for 1 month lang. Nakaindicate na use for 3 months before expecting any significant results. Good luck mga sis
