Sis, hindi ba 400mg ang usual na dose? Kaya ang intake ay 2-3 caps daily. Hala. Double check mo.

Baka naman advanced yan, or gold series kaya 40mg lang, or typo? hehe. Hanap ka na lang iba sis, may nababasa ako na disclaimer "guaranteed 400mg" so naisip ko, baka nga yung ibang meds nag cclaim ng 400mg pero underdose talaga.

Mahirap na. Its something that we take for the hope to help us get pregnant, sayang ang cycle, kaya dapat careful tayo.

^sis MedChic me question ako, aware ka ba sa USANA products? ok ba sya for TTC couples? Naggganyan kasi yung SIL ko e binigyan nya daw yung sister nyang 7 yrs trying ng USANA meds tapos late last year nabuntis na. mga less than a year pa lang tinetake nila yung meds.

Anyways mga sis, vitex from healthy options mas ok siya gamitin at makikita mo effectivity niya kung sasamahan ito ng diet & exercise. Yun ay kung gusto mo ng mabilisang effect ng vitex. Pero kailangan talaga ng pasensya sa pag take kasi it took 3-6 months bago umeffect. At yung dosage niya na 40mg and once a day lang, tama lang po yun kasi equivalent to 500mg (mas mataas pa) ang vitex from healthy options kasi compare sa ibang brand sila yung galing sa bunga while yung vitex from h.o came from the root/stems so mas mataas ang quality.

I got pregnant last year with the help of vitex with met,folic,myra e or acv. But it ended to a blighted ovum pregnancy. Nag rest ako after d&c and trying na ulit ngayon with vitex.

@EYESCREAM- thanks sis sobrang na naliwanagan na ako. nagtetake nga ako twice a day AM and PM. ask ko lang kailangan ba mag rest ng pag inom ng vitex monthly? i mean parang clomid na parang this cycle lang sya dapat itake. ganon din ba sa vitex? TIA sis

@MissEi - Yes sis, do take a break every month. Take a 5 day break. Kung regular si AF then take a 5 days off from the first day of period. Kung irregular naman, then dose 25 days on/5 days off, then take another 5 days off from the first day of period. Pero may ibang cysters na continious lang ang pag take. They took it in their own risks. But nothing happened naman instead nabuntis pa sila.

Ps. Don't combine with fertility drug.
