^thanks sis. OB ko from SLMC GLobal Dra Australia Luz, she's my second OB na kasi yung 1st ko was from TMC, nalalayuan na kami ng husband ko to go there considering the traffic condition. So naghanap ako ng medyo malapit lapit, I first visited Dra. Luz last Feb 2014 for a preconception checkup, gusto na kasi namin sundan panganay ko. clear lahat, so she just let us conceived naturally and just gave me vitamins, Folart and B Complex, which I took religiously. Di pa ako bumalik sa kanya para magpa-work-up, so walang fertility meds akong ni-take pa for this pregnancy. nagresearch lang ako at nakita ko rin dito sa GT about EPO. own initiative ko na mag-take ng EPO kasi may nabasa ako na nakakapagpa-improve nga daw ito ng CM.  so ayun

Before, sobrang dami kong tinake na supplements/vits but the month na eto lang tinake namin ni mister, then we exercised, di kami masyado nagpa stress sa BD (basta anytime of the day, from CD10-18), puro fish and vegies, and early kami matulog..ayun na timingan

Btw, we ttc for more than 4 years, DH is ok, me pcos, but now 3 months pregnant

congratulations sis bluish_mommy have a safe pregnancy,sis ask ko lang sana san ka nakabili ng EPO ttc kami ng mister for almost 4 years base naman sa mga check ups ko ok naman ako at folart lang pinapainom sakin at vit e,safe ba inumin ang EPO?san mo nabili?at what time mo sya iniinom sis at ilang mgs??sori daming tanong gusto ko din sang try inumin sabik na kami magkaanak ni mister..thank you

^sis, i researched muna bago ako nagtake ng EPO. from what I have read mukhang safe naman. I bought it from Mercury Drug. ang nabasa ko sis, if TTC, ang suggested dosage would be from 1500 - 3000mg, pero ako nag-2000mg lang ako daily. I took it for 10days lang from day 1 ng cycle ko, if trying to get pregnant, hindi sya pwede ituloy-tuloy more than 12-14 days ng inom dahil nagca-cause ito ng uterine contraction. nabasa ko nga, pine-prescribe din ito ng mga doctors sa mga malapit na manganak eh to induce contraction.

Just to make sure, banggitin mo sa OB mo na gusto mo mag-take neto, ask if ok ka lang mag-take neto.

My hubby who has a low sperm count was advised by my OB to take CONZACE and Gluta. Pinatuloy na lang sa akin yung multivitamins ko (NOW yung name) since may folic acid na. First cycle ko rin ng clomid. x

opo Doc meron pa din  nagtext na nga ako sa kanila ang tatak ng vitex nila e swanson. nagbabasa basa pa din ako about vitex bago ako umorder. hehe

Yung Vitex kasi parang more on hormonal ang treatment niya. I guess for patients with PCOS or Endometriosis, bagay na bagay yun para maayos ang hormones.

If wala namang mawawala, try lang ng try. Eh ako nga nagpaship pa ng Tea galing US. Di ko pa nainom dahil di pa dumadating. Hahaha. Umabot na ako sa two week wait. Hahahah.

Next month na lang yun, if dumating si AF. Pag di na dumating si AF, bigay ko sa inyo yung tea. Hahaha.

^^ I bought vitex before sa Healthy option.  Ang effect sa akin medyo parang taking pills. May days na I feel very irritated, sakit sa puson, headache pero it did not regulate my flow kaya tinigil ko na rin.

di ko na tanda yung exact price sis but it was around 1kplus isang bottle I thinkg Natures answer yung brand non.  I took it with my other vitamins too. Once a day lang siya sis. I stopped lang coz di ako nahiyangan. My friend nagrecommend nito saken before kasi it worked for her naman.
