H2b and i started taking USANA essentials actually this is my first day taking essentials. we're getting married on May 15, 2015 and TTC for more than 2 years. Sana okay ang USANA sa amin para dumating na ang aming bundle of joy at samahan ng madaming madaming prayers. baby dust to all.

I've been looking for fertility supplements which has shown significant evidence on improving infertility (not just anecdotal claims or reviews from Usana/Royale/etc sellers who want to boost their sales) . I found DHEA

My FSH 3 months ago was 22, which indicates poor ovarian reserve. I took 50mg DHEA daily for 2 months. FSH went down to just 14 a week ago (normal value is less than 10)

Studies on DHEA:
DHEA supplementation positively affects spontaneous pregnancies in women with diminished ovarian function.
DHEA pre-treated patients, poor responders to a first IVF (ICSI) cycle: clinical results.

hubby and I have been ttc for 7 years. im ok but hubby has sperm issues (low count). we started taking the vitamins below for 3 weeks pa lang. sabi nila it takes at least 3 months to see results sa sperm. we will test after 3 months if may improvement. ito vitamins namin:

Hi Guys, Are you aware of CoQ10, My friend Got pregnant on this and she recommended this to me. Niresearch ko siya sa google and maganda naman ang feedbacks kasama siya sa Super VItamins & Supplement for Fertility both Men and Women.

hi sis avitot and sis Joyce27!

We took this everyday before bedtime. A small spoon is included in the container. We took it with a teaspoon of honey (also from ilog maria) kasi hindi masarap ang lasa. But you may or may not take the honey kung okay lang sa inyo ang lasa.

We started taking this last Dec 8 2013, and March 2014 i am already pregnant after 9 years. Also include a healthy life style and diet (we always have okra and saluyot)

i started taking ilog maria royal jelly last June 17, 2015. TTC for 8 years. sana this helps.

it tastes weird. parang maasim na parang sabon. you put a small teaspoonful (included already sa jar) under your tongue before bedtime.
