Hi sis geumjandi - I tried the FB before parang hindi ako hiyang. marami akong naramdaman like nahihilo and parang nagacid reflux ako. you're lucky na nahiyang ka sa fb sis.

I was diagnosed with PCOS after giving birth to my first baby. I wouldn't have known it as my periods were regular and there were no other signs that I had PCOS. It was discovered when I was having tests done due to my endometrial polyp.

I didn't want to begin taking [textspeak!] pills as 1. I'm really bad in taking medication on time and 2. there hasn't been much study on long term effects. I read about Usana Essentials and how it helped some people with PCOS. I was actually researching Usana more for my parents as my dad was hospitalized and I wanted better vitamins for him.

I started taking Usana Essentials in September last year a few months before we started TTC for baby #2. Short story, I'm 15 weeks pregnant now. In all of my ultrasounds to date, the sonologists always commented that I'm PCOS in both ovaries and that I was lucky to get pregnant naturally. I didn't really do anything else to change my lifestyle except for the change in vitamins so maybe it really did help.

I am currently 23 weeks pregnant. TTC for almost 2 years. I only took Metformin, Vit. C, Fish Oil, Folic Acid while ttc.

I bought Fertility Blend from the states and I haven't used them. I still have 3 bottles for women and also 3 for men. PM me if anyone is interested.

me and my husband nag take kami ng Essentials, CoQuinone and BiOmega for 3months, I was diagnosed with PCOS July 2012,  now We have a 1year old baby already...

Girls,.. pwede ba mag take ng metformin kahit walang pahintulot ng OB?.....

Erie Why would you take it? Metformin kasi is for diabetics / PCOS. And it has side effects. First time you take it, and if d hiyang, you feel nauseated talaga. I first took Glucophage. D ok sakin. Sa humamet ako naging ok. Better consult your OB muna to be sure if you need it. D kasi supplement/vitamins ang metformin. Just my 2 cents

Nabasa ko lang din sa blog,.. baka kasi may PCOS ako sis,.. hindi naman sinabi saakin ng OB ko.. pinag t take niya lang ako ng Folic Acid at Vitamin B.. pero hindi ako satisfied,.. pakiramdam ko may kulang, para bang kada meeting namin,.. i m monitor niya lang ang follicle ko and then konting advice then meet ulit next time.. nasasayangan ako sa oras, panahon at ginagastos sa consult,.. gusto ko kc sana kung may problema sabihin na nang maaga nang di na pabalik balik pa,  kaya nga kumonsulta sa kanya para malaman na kung anong problema.. ang problema sa dami ng pasyente konting oras lang ang nilalaan niya sa mga pasyente kaya hayun di na ako bumalik sa kanya,.. nag babasa basa nlng ako ng thread muna to get more info...

hindi kami makabuo ng asawa ko,.. 1 year na din kaming TTC although kakasal lang namin this month..

By the way thank you sa info,.. I highly appreciate.. Next month possible na maghanap na ulit ako ng New OB  at this time marami na talaga akong itatanong... ihahanda ko na sa papel hehe..

^I hope you can ask your friend kung anong specific name ng USANA vitamins ang iniinom niya at baka pareho lang kami ng ini-intake, Biomega.. yung USANA Essentials ay ok din..
Marami nga lang ang vitamins ng USANA,.. iba iba din ang specialty =)

Hi sisses yung cousin ng friend ko nagtake ng biomega and she got pregnant.
Im taking it now for a week pa lang (1capsule a day) and praying makatulong para maka BFP na rin ako. ☺😇
Im planning to take din ng folic acid.

Good day! I have been searching through the net about Enduranz. Madami na rin akong nabasang maganda about it. I have a 13 year old son na at natigil na kong magbuntis dahil mejo bata pa ko non at kinailangan tapusin ko ang degree ko at makawork. at nito ngang 30+ years old na ko, nagttry na kami ng hubby ko at nahihirapan na siya mag "Go". I am planning to consult OB pero like muna namin itry ang Enduranz.

Question:
OTC ba siya?
How much and where nabibili?
Paano ang in-take nito?

Mosvit Gold - one month intake before nagkaBFP
Healthy options folic acid 800mcg - took this for 10months
Fish Oil - took this iregularly. But a month beforeb bfp. Nagtake ako ng tuloy tuloy
MAX Cellegivity(glutathione booster) - anti stress, immune system booster and detoxifier. Nagtake ako nito since june.

@eyescream - wala naman sis. Yung mosvit gold dito ko lang din nabasa yun kaya triny ko, kasi parang nakukulangan ako sa folic acid lang. Di ko na matandaan exact price pero around 300 to 400 . Basta di lalagpas ng 500.

Natry ko din pala concaze, folicare and folinerve. Yung concaze and folinerve di ko hiyang. Laging masakit tiyan ko and parang nasusuka ako. Pwede mo try folicare sis P7 isa, kaya ko lang di natuloy tuloy kasi minsan out of stock.

Honga, ang galing ng respond ng body nila :-) Anyone tried 24/7 here. Trying this now. used to be so irreg mga 5months nako na 28cycle. kaso di pa ako bumalik sa OB to check my follicles.
