Good Brand of Electric Breastpump?

I like medela swing na double electric but I guess you have to look for the shield that's right for your breasts kasi saking I feel like its too small kaya hindi na-maximize output ng milk ko. thats why after pumping nagbbreastfeed pa din ako just to make sure na eempty ko para more milk.

I love Avent's double electric pump. Its pricey but its not as pricey as Medela's. Its easy to clean, and very comfortable to use. I got mine from Amazon in the US, and it comes with freebies!

Hi sis chapter46 any idea if avent double is available in sm dept store? How much lower is it from medela? My ob reco tha I stay home until scheduled cs kasi nahihirapan na ako.. but electric breastpump na lang talaga kulang ko... wanted to find out if I could buy a good double electric breastpump for around 10k below?

hindi pa talaga ako maka decide, kung single or double electric,gano ba katagal mag pump per breast pag electric mga sisses?

naisip ko kase baka hindi ako mahiyang sa particular brand na gusto ko,tapos ang mahal ng bili ko sa double electric, masayang naman.

^What I have is the Medela Freestyle (double electric) and Medela Harmony (manual) as a back up. With the Medela Freestyle, it takes me about 15-20 minutes to finish, both breasts na yun. Minsan I take a little bit longer dahil hindi pa completely drained ang isang breast, so I disconnect yung pump from the breast na tapos na. Pero maganda talaga ang double electric kasi mabilis and efficient.

Ang napansin ko sa Single Manual ko, ang duration would be dependent on how fast and consistent I pump. Nakaka ngalay din, tapos you have to do both breast pa. Ang problema ko pa is that I have a fast let down so nangangalahati pa lang ako dun sa first breast, flowing na yung pangalawa...so nakaready na yung spare bottle to catch the flow kasi ayaw ko masayang yung milk. And sa manual it takes me about 30 minutes or more for EACH breast.

pero kung susumahin talaga na hindi na ako bibili ng formula milk, saglit lang bawi ko na yung ipambibili ko ng double electric, kung mag Medela ako, ang nakikita ko on-line ay yung Medela Pump In Style Double, meron din daw bago yung Medela Swing Maxi, kaso hindi pa sya available online sa US, hindi ko sya makita sa Amazon, Walmart & Walgreens

maingay daw kase yung Avent tapos tyempuhan pa rin, mix review sya online...isip-isip!

^Pareho tayo, I went back to work after maternity leave and my freestyle is a lifesaver! I don't mind yung ingay nya, madaling bitbitin (I think other medela models are quite bulky) and for the output I get and the benefits to my baby, sulit talaga ang bayad.

A word of warning though - kung di mo pa nabasa yung ibang posts ko. Make sure you get warranty and follow the first charge/subsequent charging instructions. Kasi yung unang unit ko ng freestyle, nasira two months ago and PANIC moment talaga ako. Buti nalang I bought a warranty. After the incident I also bought a back up (manual pump). Mahirap palang mawalan bigla ng pump lalo pa in the middle of the night!!! Parusa sa sakit at sa perwisyo!

^yan pa nga iniisip kong isa sis, yung warranty, syempre hirap naman kung online ako mag purchase, tapos pag sa Medela House mag purchase, pwede try yung pump nila & kung anong size nung shield ba yun? kaso ang layo namin sa Medela House...haissst! mag e-mail na rin ako sa kanila para mag inquire ng price list & baka may salihan silang Mommy & Baby Bazaar/Trade Fair, pwede ko sila puntahan dun kung malapit lang

share ko lang, I read good reviews on Camilre M1 double electric, I've decided to order it from babymama.ph.  initially I was planning to get the medela freestyle double electric dahil happy ako sa medela electric pump ko dati, but since maganda yung review I bought the Camilre M1, I'm thinking kung hindi ko sya magustuhan I can still get eh medela freestyle tapos back up nalang sya...

ang bilis ng delivery sa baby mama I ordered saturday morning, evening nasa bahay na ang galing.... excited to try it out...

We got the brand "First Years" by Tomy, single electric pump

Medyo mas mura kasi sya compared sa Avent and Pigeon, tapos may 1 year warranty pa. Been using it for 2 weeks now, so far okay naman, madami napa-pump compared nung manual pump gamit ko

I have low milk supply and tried a lot of breastpumps namely: Avent Manual, Avent Dual Pump, Medela Pump in Style, Medela Swing Maxi, Ameda Ultra. The best for me is Avent Dual Pump (the old model) though quite a bit noisy and Medela Swing Maxi. Medela Pump in Style is also okay but it's quite big and difficult to lug around. Olats talaga ang Ameda Ultra, ni isang patak walang lumabas haha ... but then I have a friend who loves Ameda.
