Where can I buy tables/ cabinets and the likes na assemble na lang parang ikea? Gusto ko san apa renovate ng unit kaso ang OA ng price hindi reasonable. Bawal naman masyado galawin yung loob and para hassle free kung ibahin ko yung design after a few years, madali ko lang maikot mga gamit na wala damage o butas mga walls. Or baka may ma recomend kayo gumagawa diy na mga ganito okay with me also. TIA!

Hay. I really need an affordable contractor. Naubos na pera ko pambili pa lang ng condo (downpayment tapos ang taas ng monthly amort), hahaha!

Anyway, i already moved in kasi i want to stop renting na. And my pocket needs to breathe and rejuvenate from all the cash layout.

However, i still want to have built-in wardrobe cabinet in the bedroom and a built-in TV console/display cabinet on the living room. I think by November may pang-spend na ulit ako.

Wala pa naman ako masyado gamit so ok lang. When the bedroom is being constructed, i can move the things to the living room. When the living room is being constructed, i will move the things to the bedroom.

Pero wala pa ko contractor. Gusto ko sana dumerecho sa contractor kasi kung dadaan ako sa Interior Designer, ibang bayad pa yun. Pwede kaya yun? Dumerecho sa contractor? Any referrals?

Try to check SB Furniture. We bought our furniture and fixtures from them. They have interior designer that can make free layout for you and do recommendations. Na-inspect naman nila yung unit and did measurements. No need to buy all that they recommend. For our 31sqm condo, , we bought built in study table/dresser, tv rack, bed frame, sofa bed, and mirror, costs us around P50k with free installation, then we asked for a cash discount. SB is Abenson-owned and according to them Ikea ng Malaysia.

^i already browsed through SB Furniture?s FB site before I posted below. Namahalan ako sa built-in TV console and bookcase nila kasi 52K daw yun pa lang?? See link below.

Although i know it?ll differ depende sa measurement ng actual unit.

Kaya nagulat ako sis na sa inyo lahat ng in-enumerate mo 50K lang total ng lahat na yun?? Anong year yan sis? Kasi bakit parang ang mahal na ngayon...

Sis meimei, yung condo namin dumerecho na ako sa contractor kapag nakita mo yung house plan matatawa ka, kumbaga sa drawing ng tao eh stick lang siya. Kasi iba pa pala ang bayad kapag kukuha ako ng gagawa ng house plan. Yung contractor ko okay naman siya sa ganun set-up. Masasabi ko ding affordable siya, kasi sa totoo lang sa lahat ng pinagtanungan ko, siya lang afford namin.  Kaya tiwala ako na kahit sobrang eme lang noong house plan ko kasi madami na siyang condo na nagawa. Sis hindi ko pa natry furniture ng Ikea. Mostly pang decors and linens lang nabibili ko dun.
Overseas and renting lang kami ng flat.

We had a consultation kanina sa SB Furniture Medyo pricey lang yung ibang stuff nila, pero we're planning on availing most of the stuff from them (like tables and shelves) kasi fuss-free yung 1 day installation promise nila.

Puro pressed wood na pala karamihan ng furniture. Sabagay mahirap pag yung wood talaga makapal and heavy. Tapos matagal gawin.

Better ang solid wood pag house and lot yun bahay, for me hindi bagay ang solid wood sa condo

Meron sa Abenson-- straight cash kami lagi. Maigi rin kausapin yung sales manager mismo sila pa magdadala ng calculator at sasabihing "ganto na lang presyo, sir/maam" tas malulula ka sa baba hahaha

Nakakita ako ng better furniture sa Wilcon Home Depot kanina hehe susunurin ko puntahan Mandaue Foam.

Following this thread kasi our unit is being turned over next month. sana may feedback pa sa sb furniture. does anybody know kung available na yung industrial loft themed furniture nila? tia

Looking for a contractor or designer/decorator. Our unit twill be turned over this March, need help in fixing/upgrading the interior.

Some stuff we can do on our own like painting since my husband painted the interior of our whole house by himself. Hindi lang ako familiar about where to buy furnitures and appliances or where to have custom things done since we are based abroad. The only place I can think of buying is SM department store. I already have an idea in mind about the interior concept, just need a little help lang with the execution.
