I had my custom desk and bookshelf made by Handicrafts Atbp. So far I'm happy with it and everyone who visits asks for their contact details.

I'm having a custom shoe & stroller cabinet made and I'm going to try another vendor. I'll give my feedback once they deliver.

My husband also approves of the work done (may alam din kasi siya sa mga ganyan so for the price we paid, sturdy daw ang materials at gawa).

1/4 to 1/3 of the quotes from other designers yung total contract price. Sorry though I cannot share the exact amount pala kasi it may vary from one customer to another.

wala pang 20 sq m yung unit ko. gusto ko sana pag naglagay kami ng gamit yung multi purpose na at space saving. like yung sofa na may pullout bed, tv stand at the same time computer stand na rin anfd the likes.. wala ako makitang ganun sa malls, kaya malamang kailangan namin maghanap ng nagcucustomize.

Sisses, do you think it wise to DIY the paint job for condo interiors (1-bedroom)?

Im not doing 100% repainting, just accent walls. The bedroom probably all 4 sides, depending on how much natural lighting the room gets.

^if you're a DIY type of person, I believe painting it yourself is ok.  Some people enjoy doing it, some, however, don't (like me).  I'd rather hire someone than suffer at the end.  You can hire painters PER DAY.  Usually 350 to 500 depende kung gaano kagaling yung painter.

If you decide to do it yourself, be sure that the walls are clean and in good condition.  If paint is peeling and may paint bubbles, you have to scrape, plaster, sand it then paint.  If may cracks, you have to repair it before painting it.  If may molds, you have to treat it first.  These are the things you have to consider before painting your wall.

If the walls are new, like the unit just turned over to you or you just moved in, usually ready to paint na yan UNLESS substandard yung workmanship ng developer and material used

Hmmm i see. Personally i have not done any DIYs but am planning to try in the near future sa magiging condo namin. We bought a condo although sa 2016 pa turn over... medyo super excited lang magplan kasi its our first home. I am expecting na ok naman ang workmanship considering what we paid. I am planning to get some power tools din kasi for DIY projects kaya Im considering doing the paint job as well.

Normally ba, is it difficult to DIY condo interiors (not just paint, pero pati installation ng kung ano ano... like lighting, simple shelf, etc.)?

^I can see you really have the heart and drive for it so I'm pretty sure it will turn out great.  Just do a lot of research lang before you take the plunge.

I haven't tried those things yet so I cannot comment on it.  Lagi ko kasi pinapagawa sa contractor

Had our 32 sqm condo painted and fitted with cabinets, closets, 7 ft x 11 ft framed wall mirror and I'm pretty satisfied with the results.
