Anong may iba with doc carlo?  Glycopeel as in yung pinapahid lang yung glycolic acid solution and nilalagyan ng petroleum jelly yung side ng nose?

I've tried the Glycopeel kaso hindi nag balat face ko lol. Kaya Spanish Peel pinili ko with dermsanding.

^Protocol ba nila yan or does it depend on the doctor? Nung last time kasi na nagpunta ako may 2 procedures ako pero nagbayad pa rin ako ng consultation fee

^Not protocol but discretion of the doctor if he/she will waive the consultation fee. But most often than not they will waive. You can also always ask or request to waive the fee since you availed of their services.

^ Sis, don't be shy tanong kung puede i-waive. hehe! Kahit pa kayang kaya bayaran ang PF, I always ask pa rin kung puede waive if you're going to avail of the procedure, sayang din yon (for me lang ha, ewan ko lang sa inyo). Hahaha! Eh lalo na, in my case lang ha, wala naman masyadong discussion or what eh... parang need lang approval ni Doc kung okay lang ba ang procedure na gusto ko ipagawa e.g. Spanish Peel).

^^Mukha nga. Like you my whole family sa Belo rin and my referrals din ako. So far waive lahat ang initial consult fee. I said initial kasi once you have a record with them automatic na waive lahat ng succeeding consult fee maski saang branch ka pa pupunta.

^Hmm disappointing naman..but I'll check with my mom kung nung last visit nila may may consultation fee pa. Baka naman oversight lang. Kung meron pa rin, i-request na lang na i-waive.

Yung sa friend ko andami niyang pinagawa pati biniling products pero meron pa ding consultation fee di ko lang sure yung mga sumunod na pagppaconsult niya. Nirrequest pala yun kala ko matic ng ganun eh sa dermclinic kasi ganun eh pag nag avail ka ng products nila pati procedures.

I just had my facial again sa Belo Alabang after so many months na MIA ako dahil nawala ako sa Pinas. I added a mask after my glyco peel. Gamit pala nila is Clarins. So super nagustuhan ko siya at bumili ako ng sarili ko.

Question: is the consultation fee waived if you buy their kit only but have not availed any procedure? Thank you!

twinxz: you have to avail a procedure kasi hindi ka rin makakabili ng kit kung wala ka procedure na ipapagawa.

^sakin nabili ko yung kit even though I did not avail any procedures. Tas may consultation fee pa rin siya.

^ she was asking if she was to only buy the kit will the consultation fee be waived. sa belo alabang kasi from my experience i can't just buy products without the approval from the derma. maybe it differs from doctors or branches of belo

Any idea din po if what are the other kits aside from the acne kit and oil kit?

^ Im not sure about a "kit" kasi usually naka custom siya sa needs ng patient. Like when I started going to Belo I wasn't given a kit but a set containing only the products I need. I have oily skin and what the doctor gave me were:

ZO by Obagi TE Pads
Glycolic Soap
DLC Peeling cream
Tyrosinase Inhibtor

These are the products I remember na prescribed ng derma sakin noon. The products itself might now work kasi kelangan din minsan ng procedure like facial para malinis yung face. Iba iba rin un facial nila depending on your skin type and needs.

Eventually I switched to Obagi and other products that works better for my skin pero I still maintain my glycolic facial and other treatments at belo.

^Thanks po! Though customized na ang kit eh hiyangan pa din pala. Wanted to give a try on their kits kasi, expecting that it would be my maintaining set na sana. Mayroon pa rin palang nagswitch to other brands. 😁
