Hi, for those na gumagamit ng BPI to receive funds from Paypal, after the system glitch ng BPI, ok na ba ulit transfers nyo?

^from what I heard, yung mga nagtransfer daw nung Wed from Upwork LFT until last night di pa daw pumapasok tsk tsk.

^ oo nga sis, yung iba Tuesday pa nagtransfer pero wala pa din hanggang Friday night.

Although I read sa comments sa BPI Facebook page, meron ng mga iba na nakareceived ng funds nila from Upwork. Around 10PM Friday daw pumasok.

Mukhang late lang talaga.

I'm a new paypal user. I usually just click the seller's link to purchase something so the amount I pay is exact. Then, I've also paid one person using her Paypal.me link and the exact amount is also deducted. However, it's my first time to send payment manually to an email account. There were 2 choices "Pay for goods or services" which means no fee for me, the recipient pays the fee. I chose the 2nd option which is "Send payment for online purchases". The amount that I typed in was $5.00 and when I finished the transaction, it has became 5.50 with an additional 0.50. Is this a fee? Is this normal? I was just a bit surprised since under "Send payment for online purchases" walang nakasulat na you'll pay for the fee.

^Hi sis, ako I always use Pay for goods or services kahit online purchases para walang fees. Been using Paypal since 2009.

^You can link it as a bank account sis, pag ganun, they need the account number. Pag linked as cc, they need the card details.

I opened a ticket for unauthorized charge on my credit card. I am hoping for a postive feedback after 10 business days. May nakaexperience ba nito and narefund ba?

^yes sis -- paypal is really good with resolving disputes in favor of customers, sometimes to a fault (unfair sa merchants minsan).

As a customer, love PayPal, i feel protected and safe all the time.
As a seller, I would hate PayPal.

Not sure of your concern but if you are rightful in your dispute, you are going to get your money back!

^Sana maayos. I booked a plane ticket, according to the cebpac rep the transaction did not push thru pero after a day i received the itinerary. I opened a dispute ticket in Paypal for unauthorized charge. I have to wait for 10 business days. I called cebpac na din for a possible cancellation and refund. Sana maapproved ang request ko. According to cebpac rep nagkaprob daw sa payment authorization kaya matagal nagconfirm. But i dont understand bakit pati travel date nabago.

^ You should have just contacted your local bank instead na si PayPal. I think sila dapat nag-aayos ng disputes na ganyan.

^I did but the bank rep said they cant put a hold on the payment. The merchant should decline the payment daw and thats the only way to stop it.

I initially contacted cebpac to cancel the reservation but since the status is still PENDING they cant make any changes as of yet. I called my bank pero they cant help me. Kaya my last resort was to open a dispute ticket in Paypal.

Hi, reviving this thread. I linked one of my bpi savings accounts to paypal, pero it came out as a checking account. Will this be an invalid link?
