mga sis pa-help naman. tagal ko na kasi di na-opne yung paypal account ko. naalala ko pa naman yung email address na ginamit ko but not the password. problem is, ng in-open ko it says there that my account has been limited for 180 days. Tapos it also says that on a certain date (sometime in year 2011 pa), they noticed some unsuual log-in activity with my account daw. This is the exact message:

We noticed some unusual log in activity with your account. Please check that no one has logged in to your account without your permission.

Take a moment to change your password and security questions and review your account information and recent transactions for changes or unknown payments.

If you see a payment you don't recognise, go to the Resolution Centre and report it by clicking "Dispute a Transaction".

---Ok lang ba na mag-open na lang ng panibagong account with paypal? Hindi ko na kasi matandaan kung anong meron ng certain date na binabanggit nila. Ok lang ba yun? Di ko kasi lam gagawin ko dahil limited din naman yung account ko.

i believe you have to ask your bank kasi my dollar account from bdo sana gamitin ko before para dollar-dollar pero di tinatanggap sa una so I had to go to my branch of account pero ending bdo peso account pa rin ginagamit ko ngayon hehe

hi question lang.. unverified yung paypal ko..kung magrredeem ba ko from bubblews ok lang kahit di ko pa naveverify yung account? parang may nabasa ko dito na nakakatanggap ng money pero di pwede i withdraw.. same din ba yun? di ba magkakaproblema sa pagreceive?

^ sis it is much more better to have your paypal verified muna. Madaming cases sa bubblews na failed yung payment because of an unverified paypal.

Sis, Paypal just told me, need ng US bank to have a USD withdrawals. If local account, like Kabayan Dollar savings, automatically converted to the local currency pag withdraw.

If you have a bank account registered in the U.S., you can withdraw U.S. Dollars to your U.S. bank account and no conversion will take place. But for local bank account, even if it’s USD balance, the withdrawals will always be converted to PHP. It will arrive on your local bank account in peso currency.

impossible na nga talagang makapag withdraw ng dollar from paypal.. hayy pag mag oopen daw kasi ng U.S based na account e manhihingi ng SN $ ba yun.. may nabasa ako sa pinoytalk na pwede daw makapag open ng Singapore based account kahit dito lang sa pinas i process.. i'll inquire further about this.. ok na rin kasi yung singaporean dollar kesa wala..

it happened to me last 2 weeks. came in after 3 banking days. first time that  happened to me also

we can only use debit cards to WITHDRAW money from paypal but we cannot use it to BUY online?

Mine too. I use Unionbank though. Wala padin today so baka tomorrow na siya papasok, 3 banking days instead of the usual 2 banking days. This is not the first time

hi mga sisses, may naka experience na ba sa inyo magpa account name change? sabi ng customer service within 72hours daw, pero more than 72hours na yung sakin, wala pa rin. i needed to have my name changed so it'll match to my bpi account and walang maging problem pag withdraw.

Yes, follow-up mo na lang sa email sis. Kung wala pa rin response like mine, what I did was to call the customer support of Paypal and they changed it on the spot.

Nakatanggap na ko ng email from them. They're asking for additional legal documents pa. I sent them a bank statement and driver's license with my correct name on it.  Question pala sis... kasi baka naman no need for name change. Example ang pp name nakalagay 'Ana Cruz Pascual' tapos sa bank account name Maria Ana Cruz Pascual. Kailangan pa ba mag request ng name change?

Hmm, dapat match yung name sa bank and paypal name mo, AFAIK. If yung nasa legal documents mo (like license, etc.) may Maria, your PP name should also have Maria in it. Depende kasi rin sa bank if accept yan, not sa PP. Kasi like me, matagal na akong client ng BDO  branch kaya pinayagan nila na may slight change sa name ko, pero they said next time, they would not accept the PP deposit. So para walang aberya sa banko, just make sure everything matches - PP name, bank name, legal documents.
