1. Link your PayPal account to your eBay account. They highly recommend paying through the eBay website. There is no minimum account. I even used PayPal before to pay for my ebook purchases na 20 pesos lang.

2. Wala naman hidden charges. Usually, it's the seller that shoulders the fees lalo na if you pay from the eBay site. Some sellers, usually Pinoy, ask to be contacted muna kasi they will add that fee sa total ng buyer.

3. Direcho na. You can't add funds to your PayPal account, not available pa sa Pinas that option.

ask ko lang magsend kasi ako donation pero sa personal paypal account nabasa ko na may charge pag personal pero pag magbabayad ka as nag purchase walang charge makukuha din ba ng masesendan ko kung send ko sya as nagpurchase ako hindi for personal thanks sa makakasagot.

May charge sya if you're using a credit/debit card. Most of the time, I choose "I'm making personal payments (i.e., shared expenses, rental charges, payment and others)" kasi ang fee lang is yung sa paggamit mo ng cc or debit card. Otherwise, walang fee. And of course, the recipient will receive it.

Pumalya si EON ngayon. Usually nakukuha ko ng Monday night withdrawal ko pero wala ngayon. First time nanyare for so many months

Past 2 weeks, napansin ko ang tagal din ng Paypal-BDO withdrawals. Yung dating 2 days (3 days maximum na) na processing, ngayon umaabot ng 5 days. I withdrew funds from Paypal noong Nov. 14, til now wala pa sa BDO ko.

May na-dispute na ba dito dati sa Paypal? Nanalo kayo? I lost Php20,000 2 years ago dahil sa manlolokong buyers. Sadly, hindi ako nanalo kahit pinadala ko lahat ng valid proofs....

Akala ko ako lang naka-experience nito ngayon with eon. Thursday past midnight ako nag-withdraw, wala pa din last night. Friday pa sya completed. Sana when I check later, na-credit na. Usually in a day or two nasa atm na eh.

Not me but a former co-worker of mine, nag-dispute with PayPal. 20k yung dispute nya pero 10k lang ang nabalik sa kanya.

Ok na yun withdrawal ko. Nacredit na siya nun Tuesday 6pm instead of the usual Monday.

 Always Saturday madaling araw ako magwithdraw then completed siya lage ng Sunday. Then credited monday. For many months ganyan siya, this week lang talaga na tuesday nacredit pero maaga naman. 6pm instead of the regular 7 or 8pm ko

Help mga experts.  I need to pay someone via Paypal for some stuff I bought (wanna buy). My problem is, I don't know where to start. Here's my case:

- I have a Paypal Acct (PH) but no bank acct and no credit card linked to it. It has a minimal balance which were payments sent to me when I did some onine work.  I have no existing CC to link to it now. My bank account is only Citibank NA and not Visa/MC.
 
- I need to pay someone in the US for goods I bought.

- I'm having the goods shipped to the US (for consolidation with other goods).

- Seller suggests I put the US address in my Paypal acct.

- How can I pay for the goods? My sis will let me use her CC.

Need help! Thanks.

@chefron, Wala naman kinalaman si invoice sa deductions. There will really be deductions each time you transfer the funds to your bank account or card. Abroad kasi yun source of funds so consider it like a remittance fee or transaction fee. Mine is 7% deduction.

I suggest you review the terms and conditions of the charges kasi it was mentioned when you signed up for the account. Kailangan din naman kasi kumita ng Paypal that's why they really charge for transactions.

However, senders of the funds have the option whether to shoulder the charge or not. So sayo siguro kaya may deduction was because the sender chose to have you shoulder the charge para di niya na need magbayad ng additional fees. Pag ganun yun case, the only option you have is to talk to the sender kung sino talaga yun dapat magshoulder ng transaction fee. Depende kasi sa country yun amount, it ranges from 6% to 9%.

@kikay, the card you should link to your account must have the same name as your Paypal account. So you cant use your sister's card. P350 lang naman yun Unionbank EON card open ka nalang if pasok sa budget. You can use it to link to your account.

Another is you can tell your sister to signup in paypal, link her card, and use her funds to pay for the goods. If all else fails, Western Union mo nalang

ayun nga siguro....alam ko naman yung sa withdrawal ng money, bago lang akse sakin ang invoicing hehe i thought kase wala syang charge gaya ng sa regular funding

anyone who transferred money from paypal to BPI?

I transferred Wednesday morning and supposed to be dapat nasa account ko na sya ngayon Friday pero wala pa.

Withdrawals done on Wednesday has always been tricky sis - based on my experience. Lucky if the funds are credited on my bank account by Friday night, usually Saturday late afternoon na. What time mo ni transfer sis? I did a transfer Wednesday around 10:30 and it said by Dec 10 pa ang waiting time... hoping by Dec 8 andun na funds ko.

^ sis umaga ako lagi ng wednesday nagtransfer around 9am to 10am lagi, the Friday 6:30PM nasa BPI account ko na..

Nareceived ko din yung funds ko kanina pero around 9PM na..Nalate ng ilan oras hehe

^^good to know sis they say that if its transferred on or before 8am, then by Friday mid day the funds are  there on your bank account na. So yung transfer ko sis maybe later tonight pa yun since it was transferred late Wednesday night, crossing fingers.

UPDATE - Funds transferred at around 10:30pm Wednesday arrived on my account Saturday morning
