Bigla kong namiss ang Siquijor sa post mo sis beach_n_sunsets. Wait lang maka score ng piso fare babalikan ko talaga Siquijor.

angganda ng review mo sis beach_n_sunsets! si kuya Joam talaga pinakasikat. siya din nagtour sa amin dati.
Sad lang sia kasi daw hindi puntahin ang Siquijor gawa ng mumu issues. Pero based on our experience, walang mumu dun. hahaha kakamiss ang Siquijor!

In a way, sobrang na-appreciate ko ang Siquijor kasi hindi pa siya naaabot ng mass tourism ala Boracay and Bohol. Parang raw beauty ang dating niya sa

Pero talagang bukambibig ko ang Siquijor sa mga officemates at friends ko. Sabi ko bisitahin nila soon kasi ang ganda talaga

Same wavelength sis! I never thought siquijor is awesome. hehe. Ang liit lang pero busog sulit sa tour.
I also love camiguin. Malilibot din sia in 2 days at iba iba ang maeexperience .. May white bacj. May cold spring, may hot spring, may stations of the cross at madami pang iba. hehe. Tipong all in adventure in one province.

I've been to Dumaguete and Siquijor back in 2013 with my husband and we really had a blast lalo na sa snorkeling sa Apo Island. I'll be going back come July, this time around with my sisters para sa weekend getaway namin.

Mga sis, patulong naman sa itinerary namin. Alin sa tingin niyo ang better option?

Option 1
July 18- 9am arrival at Dumaguete; take ferry to Siquijor for day trip around the island
July 19- 6am take ferry back to Dumaguete for Apo Island tour w/ Harold's
July 20- tour Dumaguete in the morning; 4pm flight back to Mla

Option 2
July 18- 9am arrival at Dumaguete; take ferry to Siquijor for day trip around the island
July 19- Apo Island tour w/ Coco Grove resort
July 20- take ferry back to Dumaguete around lunch time; 4pm flight back to Mla

Option 3
July 18- 9am arrival at Dumaguete; take bus going to Malatapay and hire boat going to Apo Island
July 19- 7am take ferry to Siquijor; tour island
July 20- take ferry back to Dumaguete around lunch time; 4pm flight back to Mla

I really want to snorkel with Harold's kasi ang ganda ng experience namin sa kanila noon. Ok din naman sa amin Option 2 (w/ Coco Grove) kaya lang mas mahal na ito kasi P1,600 ang tour sa kanila at kailangan yata you have to be a guest at their resort to avail the tour. Meaning, sa Coco Grove kami matutulog. Gusto sana namin kahit sa JJ's lang para makatipid tipid.

Yung Option 3 naman, ito ang pinakaswak sa dating namin sa Dumaguete (we won't be able to do tour w/ Harold's kasi 7am ang alis nila) so we can opt going to Malatapay. Kaya lang kapag nag diy kami, baka limited kami na magsnorkel lang malapit sa shore. Gusto ko sana makapagsnorkel din sa diving sites kung saan maganda talaga corals. When we did the tour w/ Harold's, dinala pa kami sa Rock Point West (kasi may divers na guests) at ang ganda talaga doon.

^sis, you may also want to consider this:

July 18 - ARR in DGT, go to Siquijor for day trip and then balik agad sa DGT same day
July 19 - Apo Island snorkeling with Harold's
July 20 - morning tour sa DGT before flight to MNL

Advantages nito, in my opinion:
1. Isa lang ang hotel na pag-stayan ninyo for 2 nights sa DGT city so mas madali ang booking
2. Snorkeling tour with Harold's

Disadvantage:
1. Ang swak na ferry schedule sa 9am ETA ninyo ay yung 10am na GL Express, so mga 11:15am na kayo makakarating ng Siquijor. Kelangan ninyong habulin ang last ferry back to the city ng 5:30pm. Pero sa tingin ko naman kaya ng 5 hours 'yung day tour

^^sis gulaysk, try mong mag-inquire sa coco grove kung pwedeng mag-book ng apo island tour lang tutal sa kanila din naman yong apo island resort

Baka nga mag-inquire nalang kami sa Coco Grove kung pwedeng magbook sa kanila ng tour kahit hindi magstay sa resort nila. Balitaan ko kayo.

thanks sis! kasi gusto ko talaga puntahan yung coco grove kasi maganda daw...eh di ko naman afford mag stay dun kasi solo traveller ako mahal masyado... so i can roam around the place sis? tas magdinner nalang sa kanila...how much kaya yung dinner dun good for 1 person..roughly mga 500? or mas mahal pa?

Hi! Meron kayo ma-rerecommend na tour guide/ driver na pwede mag sundo sa airport then go to Lake Balinsayao (Dumaguete) then hatid sa resort in Dauin? Thanks!!

ay bukas na ang Tulapos Marine Sanctuary? akala ko it will take many years before they open it again to the public...

we really love snorkeling (di kami divers) so we want to explore yung places na maganda corals. yung mga nag-snorkel with Harold's, magkano bayad per pax?

sis, yung snorkeling niyo ba is nakasuot ng life vest? kasi di ako marunong mag-swim so when i snorkel, naka-life vest. i'm just asking to check if makikita ko pa rin ba yung corals kahit "surface snorkeling" lang.
