Vitamins for Grade School Studenst

mga sis na may 12yo above na kids, anong vitamins pinapainom nyo? sister ko kasi payat at walang gana kumain except kapag junk foods. vitamin nya ngayon memo plus for teens. at 12yo, she's 5'2 but compared to her classmates, maliit pa siya. hindi pa naman siya nagmens. problema talaga namin sa kanya yung walang gana sa pagkain..
