Vitamins for Grade School Studenst

Hi mga Sis, my son is a grade 2 student and noticed that he's always tired paguwi ng bahay. Gagawa pa ng homework at kumon worksheets kaya sobrang naaawa ako sa kanya.

Please share your vitamins for your kids. Do you know good vitamins from healthy options?

My first graders take Zoiron and Ceelin chewable tablets daily.  I also make sure that they have a balanced diet and are in bed by 8 pm.

we also have Zoiron (6 and 2 yr old girls) and Pedzinc. minsan Scotts Berry (vit c) para hindi sila magsawa sa vitamins nila.

^ Sa Mercury Drug.  I forgot the cost of a bottle but it is not expensive.

^^ i buy mine sa Watsons. kids love it kasi chewable, so parang Flintstones (if familiar ka dun sis) yung lasa. almost P500 ata yung isang bote nun.

My kids love CHAMPS.. chewable din kase.  I also give Bee Propolis to boost their immune system. kaya hindi sakitin mga kids ko.

^ 60 tablets sis tapos nakalagay Multivitamins + Iron. need na kasi daw talaga ng eldest ko yung Iron since nasa school na nga.

Thanks sis, i should try this for my son. Madalas maputla sya. Nutroplex at cherifer gamit nya for now. Plus yung Bonakid for 7yrs old pa pinapainom ko kasi high in iron daw. Di yata maka adjust sa maagang gising at whole day na schooling.

^ sis try mo Pedzinc for Vitamin C. hindi ko sure if yung Cherifer is vitamin C kasi nirerecommend na inumin yan w/Pedzinc (yun lang recommendation ng doctor friend ko sis ah). para kung may nutroplex ka pa, ndi masayang atlis mas mura yung Pedzinc if magpapalit ka ng vitamins for your kid. dati kasi ganito naging combi ko

Nutroplex + Pedzinc = ok naman. maganda din kasi yung nutroplex. pero ayaw ni bunso ng liquid so i shifted to

Zoiron + Pedzinc for them (si bunso lang hindi nainom ng Pedzinc) para isang vitamin na lang sila

We tried Zoiron kaso ayaw ng son ko. Gusto daw nya is syrup lang para mabilis mawala yung lasa. Ayaw nya kasi maasim daw.

Ano bang magandang iron vitamins?

glad i found this thread! my eldest (grade 2), pahirapan lagi sa paginom ng syrup so itrtry namin yung zoiron. for vitamin c, i give my kids ceelin chewables or scotts. kapag needed extra protection sa sakit, i give them scotts emulsion. pansin ko kasi mataas talaga immune system nila kapag gamit ito, although they really do not like the taste.

As for my son, nagustuhan naman nya zoiron. Try mo sis nutroplex, pareho yata sila ng iron content. Yun kasi pang alternate ko, nabili ko sya before zoiron pa.

My sons, 6yrs.old and 11yrs old...Pedzinc + C tpos childrens clusivol....pag matamlay at maputla i alternate it with ferlin syrup,kaso malansa ang taste nun.
